What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is it's robust automations and it helps organisation to expand and adapt to their CRM as they grow.
And by providing comprehensive CRM solutions, leads management, opportunity tracking customer engagement and etc..

Dependency on internet as cloud based technology

Organising customer data , solving manual workload and helping to overcome poor communication and leads management

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce has enabled our young sales organization to compile data a grow so fast. We make it a habit to leave detailed notes after every touch. There is an unlimited amount of reports you can run to help you keep track of your prospecting during your sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of these notes, is the time and discipline it takes to keep everything up to date. We've synced SF with our calendars and emails so it can be helpful when they all work together. But having to manually update events and add notes can be time consuming as my book of business grows.

Salesforce helps in tracking notes, updates, and contacts as your prospects move through your sales process.

Easy to use and has everything in a central location.

The interface isn't very inspiring. Would like to see something with a more modern UI

Allows me to have a central location where I can see progression of my deals and create custom payment opportunities

I like that all information needed is stored in one place for multiple users to view and edit.

There are so many features, it can take a while for a new user to learn.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us keep data organized and updated on a daily basis. We are able to pull reports for team meetings, and quickly view the status of accounts.

The are features that you can upgrade to however, some of the obvious ones are an upcharge

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great tool for my company and our clients to easily track and maintain customer data and sales leads. Because it natively integrates into other systems like Marketing Cloud, it makes it a great source for targeted campaigns and follow-ups.

It can be complex to setup, depending on specific needs. But I still think it's super flexible.

Opportunity tracking and lead qualification queuing.

What do you like best about the product?
What's helpful about Salesforce Sales Cloud is it's centralized platform for managing all of our leads, opportunities and customer interactions, providing real-time insight to our sales teams. It has really helped enhance our efficiency and boost sales while also facilitating better customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I find hard is training new employees on the platform. There is a steep learning curve to be fully effective in utilizing Sales Cloud. Only other thing I could say would be cost to that of a small business. It can add up really fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud solves so many of our problems but I'd just reiterate it's centralized platform. It's really helps us in tracking and managing leads and opportunities, while being able to automate our sales workflows. It has really helped increase our sales and definitely improves collaboration, allowing us to be more organized and effective.
