Efficient record keeping of sales data
What do you like best about the product?
Customer historical sales data and customer interaction management. Sales lifecycle management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. The platform is as user friendly and as helpful as the data captured by the organization.

Great product for all Company stages
What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines sales processes for any size of a business-- offering a user-friendly interface, analytics and reporting capabilities, efficient lead management, and seamless integration with other Salesforce products when business growth requires expansion. Anyone can learn the product for everyday use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few small features and capabilities that haven't been added that customers keep bringing up in a lot of admin groups that would seem to be basic functions for reporting and/or objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhances collaboration among teams, provides real-time analytics and reporting. Minimizes communication errors and helps lead to increased sales productivity.

The ability to see pipeline quickly and organizing opportunities for me

It can be confusing for the customer service reps to find and use data.

This gives us a somewhat easy way to ensure that all emails are handled and quota is met
Great customizable tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent customizable tool. It really is what you build it in to. All good for someone who can build with logic, no code needed for most things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is very high, often raises price. Hard to tell what's included and what needs to be purchased as an add on.

Let's us keep track of all of our customer relationships and deals.
Great program for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce for corporate training sales and it's fantastic. We have it integrated to Gmail and other programs at the college that have really helped automate processes and improve efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. We are working on learning more to make it do more for us.

Tracking activity on corporate accounts and automating some admin tasks

Its stability, configurability and flexible integrations are unmatched in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the scope of the project sometimes cost can be an issue, particularly for mid-cap clients looking for pure value plays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
User friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using for either a regular user or admin. From an admin aspect I really like the ability to customize as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to customize some of the standard fields/reports. Also that some of the simple fixes are still in the idea exchange for years.

Allows our teams the repository for all sales information and to be able to perform duties all in one system.
