Good product with many possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Within the Sales Cloud, many objects and topics that a company's sales department has to deal with on a daily basis are already available. Lead management, opportunity management and collaboration among colleagues have already been well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the Sales Cloud shows a few weak points in one or two places. The Quote Document, which can be sent to the customer, is unfortunately not very customizable. Also, it is sometimes necessary to create quotes in different currencies. However, this is not possible under the same opportunity. This leads to additional work for the sales department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Cloud helps us to create an overview of our customer and to include all aspects at a glance. This saves us a lot of time and we can always see the current status at a glance.

Helps streamline a globally based sales team. Helps us keep a simple process for multiple products and great unified reporting

Sometimes can feel rigid because of our of the box features.

Unification of multiple sales processes accross multiple sales lines
Flexible, beyond CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is not only CRM product. We use it beyond CRM due to flexibility of the product. Using custom objects we use it for quota management, request RFPs and Sales support all through CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited time you can keep history of changes in record. Post that it will remove those data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's deeply integrated with All Sales applications using it from comp management and sales support and opportunity management and fine reporting. Event planning etc

What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to manage leads, accounts, opportunities and orders in the best way and in the minimum time using just standard out od the box components.
I find also amazing the integration with Einstein to analyze and control revenuw inside the company.

I don't like all the limitation of the tool, for a client with million customers is not so easy to manage all the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping customers to enable and automatize sales inside the company with a friendly and simply understandable User Interface. For me, as Salesforce Consultant, It's easy to sponsor such a well-made product
SF Sales Cloud Massively Helps with Lead Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation tools like web-to-lead are very useful and it makes a huge difference in customer acquisition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration work can get really complex. Especially having multiple layers of permissions (profiles, permission sets, etc.) is complicating the setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep all the customer data in one place even before they become customers. The whole history of the customer with the company and its journey through the sales process is accessible at the tip of your fingers.

Easy to deploy, rich of out of the box features, trusted infrastructure, new features available 3 times per year, super rich ecosystem allows to cover every business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
licencing based on users count could raise up licensing cost. If you need pixel perfect UX you have to incur in mass customization. You need to keep in mind performance boundaries due to cloud multitenant infrastructure

Sales Cloud allows to handle all the sales interactions within the same platform, having the customer history at your fingertips, enable omnichannel experience, traking sales agent performance, integrating all company data and sales process
Complete and easy CRM
What do you like best about the product?
On the one hand, the possibility to build a complete CRM structure organization, on the other hand facility and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is too expensive for small organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is clear in Salesfroce Cloud: costumers, deals, owners, amounts and times. Everybody know what to do next, when to do it and how to do it. If not, can easly ask for information with the tag in the chat.
A great out of the box solution
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to manage the overall sales experience. Many features for managing sales, marketing and customer service, and the ability to create custom reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has no particular defects. It works adequately and is fast enough, it is probably not intuitive to use and requires a few days of training on a new resource to make it operational.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides complete support for managing sales processes and customer relationships, both in the B2B and B2C fields. In the software, which can be used online, it is possible to manage leads, define sales automation processes, build, based on available past data, forecasts of future sales, have a detail of orders received and executed, as well as create reports of detail on the progress of the sales process to be shared with stakeholders, all quickly and with very intuitive functions to use.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is expensive for small businesses or startups with limited budgets

Automation is one of the most important benefits of Salesforce Sales Cloud. It helps users reduce the time it takes to work on leads and send emails. It also helps convert more leads by prioritizing the potential ones.
