Groups service reps into appropriate territories
What do you dislike about the product?
License it too expensive and we have to buy one for each service tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting customers when service tech is nearing the house.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed to get up and running with pre-built and custom objects, security, and user setup. Scalability. Resilience. Sandboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
OOTB reporting has always been a challenge. Additional tools like Einstein Analytics and Tableau are needed.

High Velocity Sales has been tremendous for our BDR team

I don't like building reports in Sales Cloud. I much prefer using CRMA.

There is no wrong fit for Salesforce Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
This Core CRM solves all today's problems and has solutions for all of tomorrow's as well. The price and feature scale with current needs, and ensure I'm always connected with a support team that helps me identify and overcome every challenge my business faces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works if you work it. There is no "set it and forget it" CRM solution. Salesforce assigns each client a success architect but you have to know to ask for it. Work with your rep and you'll get far more than if you work against them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full forecasting and pipeline visibility work. System of record for all sales, service, marketing interactions and our core customer interaction data warehouse
