Having used Salesforce Sales Cloud as an end user and an admin, it has unlocked a world of possibility in CRM. Easy and efficient to use!

There is a lot to learn and often feel that we aren't even using it to its full capacity! With time, we should be able to overcome this.

Been a transformative experience since my first sales role in 2002. Instant access to what I needed as a rep from anywhere, and easy enough to deploy from scratch as an admin.

Virtually nothing - sales cloud is really great

Currently deployed using TargetX for delivered higher ed customizations. Currently drives admissions process for community college, planned explanation into other departments based on success in my department.
