Quite expensive at this time but hopefully new revenue model will bring the cost down

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud gives companies the ability to indulge in their Sales data.along dashboards and reports to both acknowledge the key indicators of closed won sales opportunities, as well as closed lost opportunities. Because knowing that every record has the same data points, yet different outcomes. Salesforce Sales Cloud gives users the ability to find the trends to produce data-driven decision impacting insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the "Objects" within Salesforce are built with regards to related capabilities is a pain point. If there are many, many objects built out as organized silos, yet are and/or could be related to items on other "Objects" then the limit for reporting is fininte; 3 connections only. I do understand the inherent need to limit, there would ideally be a tool to fully integrate and connect all the objects within Salesforce Sales Cloud, even if it's not the norm and typical simple-parameter request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves access issues. The fields are there, and many, but being able to visualize or summarize the data overall is hugely helpful and a major benefit.

At times, Salesforce Sales Cloud can be noninuitive because there is too much going on on the pages

We weren't able to connect with our marketing team as much as we are doing now with salesforce sales cloud

Organization may operate differently and need some learning, it's largely for the betterment

The functionality and flexibility is incredible and there really isn't much else in the industry that can match its support and scale. You will, however, pay for that scale.

The amount of add-ons necessary to do everything you need can be frustrating.
Often those add-ons are presumed functionality that come at additional cost.
That can hurt a small company and hold up a critical build.

Our company has struggled to make this data accessible to the executive team more readily. Now, all stakeholder have access to the data, and understand the process more cleanly.

Help guide and clarify best of customer culture behavior, giving tool, agility and data to teams get the most of relationship. Really a solution to get opportunities running.

The offline app usage for some type of business could ve a challenge and for sure this is something that still a pain points in same regions of the world, like Brazil.

Data capturing, centralization and analysis are the most use for the foundation, get the best structured fields about clients and register iterations for later understanding

Gives a powerful tool to the comercial team to deal correctly the opportunity that they have.

I love how there are so many things we can integrate into the Salesforce Sales Cloud. It provides insane amounts of customization so I can tailor make the look and feel to my company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is worth the money, it is a very pricey product.

In banking, the CRM allows us to access all of our custom account information with ease.
