Ease of Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has numerous uses for our company but I like the ease of integrations but also the number of options for integrations. The Support team is also helpful is expanding knowledge of the product beyond its original set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features sometimes it can be overwhelming

An organized approach to generate customer quotes, sales orders and other important information

Complications at first but once we get used to it, it becomes so convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything from sales plan, forecasting, marketing, opportunity management, campaign management, lead management etc. Everything out of the box is superb and easy to customise as per end user requirements.
Reporting is also good.

Sometimes we get limitations around number of fields that can be displayed on mobile devices that can be frustrating

It's making sales easier. We can run campaign, opportunity lifecycle management to make life easier

What do you like best about the product?
It helps the business to manage all their Sales process in one place.It is very user friendly and easy to use .It has multiple tools to give you 360 degree view of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive for small businesses. Salesforce charges extra costs for extra storage and the Salesforce license is expensive according to the Indian market because it is charged in USD and in India it is a very big amount for small business to implement Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the business problems by providing them the solution for Sales in one place. We are integrating Salesforce with Oracle Eloqua to fetch the leads from there to Salesforce. Salesforce helps to give 360 view of the business which can help us to get where we need to focus more like on leads or opportunities.

It acts as a central tool to everything we do and seamlessly integrates with other apps such as groove to make tasks easier to do and easier to track

Periodic maintenance sometimes slows it down

It allows us to track the status of our sales in its different stages and makes monitoring our interactions easier; whether it be managing a sales timeline or backtracking previous discussions with a customer/client and interactions with other members of our organization, salesforce makes doing all these a breeze.
The ONLY CRM you will need.
What do you like best about the product?
We needed a way to capture leads in our funnel...and get them qualified before a salesperson even would reach out. We tried a few other freemium services but realized that salesforce is by far the most effective tool necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is intuitive, there is a steep learning curve. But that's to be expected. We want it to do many things for us, so we understand that not only is training required, but there is customization necessary, and collaborative brainstorming for everyone in our team to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many leads coming into our website, that were followed up with phone calls. Many of the leads could have been disqualified before our sales team would need to spend precious time. With salesforce, our leads are now better qualified, which means more like to close.

Nothing.. it is perfect in every day experiences.

Salesforce is serving perfectly to businesses, it helps with an all in one place to track sales.
Exhausting but Rewarding
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very intuitive and user friendly. The community support available for Salesforce is very encouraging and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Salesforce would provide better customer support for free. Unless you pay fees for support, the turnaround for a question is 24 to 48 hours. Most of the time, the person providing support is in a significantly different time zone, and a simple question can take one week to get a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The "ultimate" change is the switch from Classic to Lighting.

Best CRM tool and easy to personalise as per the requirement, effecient and less time consuming

we use salesforce as a CRM tool to monitor our daily to daily basis on leads, their funnel and also keeping track on that, we basically use it for sales purpose and it gives proper road map of each and every activity of leads and accordiglt sales manger work on it.

The power of its automation and integrations, are simply the best solution for what we need! we can also work with coding which is fantastic door for when native automation can't do the job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is hard to know the full org structure mostly if you're new to the CRM. but is a matter of understanding and practice.

Manage the full process from the lead conversion to the opportunity and the manage the customer relationship is a seamless process we can follow all thanks to Salesforce.
