What do you like best about the product?
Naturally, I'm not great at staying organized. Salesforce Sales Cloud gives structure to the opportunities I'm working on. It allows me to better forecast my sales and gives my manager better insight into where I need help.
I also love how it organizes all the information about an account into an easy-to-find way. Need to see your MSA, no problem. Need to see all open opportunities or contacts on an account, no problem!

What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is a little outdated looking. It could look a littler more modern and slick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better forecasting, reduces missing information, help me stay organized.

User Interface, Collabarative modules, Customer needs, Data model, Easy to access, third party app integration, customization, integration with other technologies

I thought AI is lagging but now Salesforce is comng up with Einstein AI, There is few limitations to access from third parties so there some improvement is required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead conversion is pretty good, Person Accounts and Business Account segrigation, Sales Process with Kanban view, Easy interaction with customers, Activities to catch up ..etc

What do you like best about the product?
I work for non-profit and we use Salesforce Sales cloud to manage our events, campaigns, and fundraising. We moved to Salesforce from Siebel and it was a huge improvement. Our business people really enjoy working with Salesforce and we are able to offer advance services to our constituents.

Not much, all our users like working with Salesforce.

Process is automated for most part which is completely point and click, easy to understand, business is perfect.

Integration with salesforce sales cloud could be little challenging

Some limitations on the way the pages are set up. Structure can be rigid sometimes

Moving a system from excel to salesforce allowed us to really open up to growth. It allowed us to explore new business options and continue to grow where excel sheets would never work

Doesn't include native connectors with social media to capture leads from social media, limitations in reports and dahsboard when we want to see complex reports

SF makes it really easy to manage customers and track them every step of the way. It features interesting low or no code implementations and has an amazing pool of training resources. Great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is on lightning experience now and that can be heavy on the browsers. And the mobile interface can be improved. But I understand this is in the roadmap.

Simply sales and customer tracking.
