The best crm on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Endless customizations so you can make the system work exactly the way you want it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might need a third party to help implement customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has become our centralized hub to do our job. We have one login, one mobile app, all of our third party apps are integrated and all of our reporting is in salesforce. Truly streamlined our process and increased our level of communication with all stakeholders in a deal.
Crucial in day to day operations
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is crucial for my day to day operations as I can track my opps and have access to accounts all at my fingertips. The ability to create reports is something I find a lot of value in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can be outdated and hard to keep updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows everything to be in one place. It syncs to our Clari account so we can track deals and their progression.

It is good and a cloud based product where we can configure, customize the application based on the customer needs

SPAM management is something where we need more insights and out of the box methodology from Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to do lots of reporting and create dashboard based on the Salesforce Key objects like the accounts, contacts, Opportunties , Leads and then it gives a lot clearer picture to the end user how the business is going and what is required.
Organizing the the data of Prospects and Customers made super smooth.
What do you like best about the product?
In B2B Sales like ours, we use Salesforce Sales Cloud during the weekdays. I personally use it like 70% of my time. It can be implemented right away with numerous features that are very useful in our business. Integration with other apps like Salesloft and ZoomInfo is awesome. It is very intuitive and you can get the best customer support if you need one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have been better if some of the unnecessary features are removed. We do not use 6sense and chatter as a Business Development Representative so they should have been excluded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved many problems in our organization like messy and decentralized data,little sales collaboration and bad customer communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The configurability of the aplication and the ability to have it connected to other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price at times is a bit high, especially if you are a startup. A way around this is dont do Unlimited until you absolutely have to. Stay at the lowerest tier possible for as long as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bridging the centralization of data for our departments. It allows us to be able to run cross-team initiatives efficiently, with transparency, and with automation capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease if use implementation and customizing without extra cost. i.e, ease of implementation, number of features, and integration with customer support help.

Pricing may be a challenge. It feels too high sometimes. other nothing to dislike.

It's having the customer's data in one place this is the best thing to have for any business. and the manage relationship with customers we use.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Salesforce since 2006 in my roles as an Account Manager, Account Executive, Inside Sales Director, and Director of Sales Development. Whether managing my book of business or my team, I couldn't do it effectively without Salesforce. Everything from the reporting and dashboard capabilities to the integrations, it's fantastic! As a non-technical Salesforce Admin, the Customer Support is responsive and knowledgable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ugh, the switch from Workflows to Flows -- am still struggling to figure those out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One centralized location for everything: activity metrics, pipeline management/forecasting, sales wins/losses, data analysis, and social (LinkedIn)!
Salesforce is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the objects are related, so it is easy to connect records to one another and navigate back and forth between related records. Any time we have questions or need support, we receive quick responses and issues are resolved timely. It is also able to be integrated with other tools that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that some features are not available for all objects. However, Salesforce does frequently release new updates and strives to expand functionality to all standard objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track all of our open jobs and enables our Sales Team to collaborate with one another on priorities. Everything being tracked in the system allows for anyone to look at a record and know the history/last activity.
The best CRM ever
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is extremely customizable and user friendly. It is easy to use and really helpful for end to end order management. We use it with integrations internally and it provides a seamless experience for me to build customize reports too. My every day tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can take a lot of time to load sometimes and it is annoying in those scenarios.
