What do you like best about the product?
A unique platform to create customer journey of our agents and our client, and to address at top level their expectations.

Too much cost.

Being able to access our data all in one place. Im excited about the advances with AI and Data cloud to provide further insights. The platform is easy to use and user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
That currently our rep doesn't connect with it so there are gaps in our data. We are exploring a Salesforce only solution!

What do you like best about the product?
it allows me to accurately look at our sales pipeline and forecast future sales Allows your business to take control of their sales process buy guiding customers through a controlled sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a manufacturer that cannot recognize revenue until the product is shipped and invoiced the forecasting functionality does not meet business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this product to manage all business activity up yo PO issuance.

I like that it is easy to use and configuration is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone has access to the info they need. I think the thing I like least is the lead conversion process. When an actual customer account is associated, you still have to search for it which leads to duplicates since users can be lazy.

Scalable solutions, very customizable with no code, low code or actual code if you choose.

User frustration with unfamiliar terminology leading to adoption challenges. Complex settings leading to confusing outcomes in user experiences.

It is a central source of truth for all data for us so we can realize ROI from lead creation to asset acquisition to export of goods and payments received.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to understand the basics and customizing the interface for your own needs is simple. The range of functions is also very large to suit all kinds of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing at the beginning with a steep learning curve to get the best out of all features. Also, it is necessary to get everyone on the same page when implementing the platform, which can be challenging.

How to track customer interactions and effectively monitor trends. It also helps us to streamline our paperwork and sales processes to save time and resources in creating proposals for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps our nonprofit enroll low income families to federal and state service programs from the southeast area of Los Angeles county. We are able to track the service progress of clients and follow up on case management issues. Sales Cloud allow us to identify prospects and move them to contacts and then to enrolled clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud has too many options. Sometimes it's difficult to devlope the sales forms and intake process.

Combined with NPSP, Sales Cloud gives our fundraisers the ability to track donations and grants in an organized manner.

The ability you customize the platform makes it so there are few drawbacks.
