Great program for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce for corporate training sales and it's fantastic. We have it integrated to Gmail and other programs at the college that have really helped automate processes and improve efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. We are working on learning more to make it do more for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking activity on corporate accounts and automating some admin tasks

Its stability, configurability and flexible integrations are unmatched in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the scope of the project sometimes cost can be an issue, particularly for mid-cap clients looking for pure value plays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
User friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using for either a regular user or admin. From an admin aspect I really like the ability to customize as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to customize some of the standard fields/reports. Also that some of the simple fixes are still in the idea exchange for years.

Allows our teams the repository for all sales information and to be able to perform duties all in one system.

Storage and security of information. Easy access and AI application. Easy to implement and use.

Sales Cloud makes it incredibly easy to build custom applications with clicks not code

Not really much to note here. It's been a great tool for me and the ease of implementing is stellar

It's helping my clients manage sales pipelines accurately and effectively. Also helps get rid of the cumbersome manual processes

It just works. If you do sales you need a system. This is it

User adoption is one of the struggles we have as we are always adding and adopting. So keeping users well informed has always been a struggle

It keeps track of all things that I am doing in my organization
Easy-to-use software and easy to create dashboards for each specific case

Easy creation of dashboards and work queues as well as easy understanding and use of email.

When you reply to an email you have to attach all the attachments again and it is not automatically left in the emails.

Easy targeting of high volume emails

I've implemented Salesforce at three companies in the past 20 years. It can be done very quickly in a vanilla fashion, but is also extremely scalable and flexible to integrate with other enterprise apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be more costly than competitors, but is worth the extra expense in most cases.
