What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all of our customer data together. We can market better and also keep track of opps (new, upsell, cross sell, +revisiting lost opps) Great tool

End user adoption and activity tracking. It is sometimes difficult to capture 100% of the data

Primary database for all client data for demand-chain (marketing/sales/service)

What do you like best about the product?
A systematic way to manage sales activities and convert lead to close won opportunity. It's one of the easier CRM system to use, takes just less than a min to log in activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's not set up or configured well, it can be difficult to use. Also, if the managers do not buy in, and team doesn't use, value is reduced. Works best when more people uses within the team.

A structured way to manage sales activities. Logging closed lost is as valuable as it provides insight for improvement.

you have to pay extra when you try to store large amount of data so for low budget companies and startups it is difficult to if they wants to store large amount of data.

It binds the user in some situations like While adding products to the Opportunity. Or while setting up the prices of the products.So we have to go for external packages like CPQ or revenue cloud

Some new features require additional licenses . Dependency on Slack for some features is hard
