Improve order to cash process
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to receive payments faster. The integration is seamless. Ability to add multiple payment options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branding and integrating with in-house services where the existing process are not mature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to close the deals from initiation to order processing. Managing all customer accounts in a single place and generate reports.
We are in the implementation phase and im already in love with the features

Actually we have no clue about who are the leads who are the prospects who are the potential customers. No follow ups. Sales Cloud is helping to go through this

Easy and flexible way to track all of my customer and sales data. Lots of built in structure along with the ability to add customisations specific to my business

Pricing can be high for smaller businesses so you need to ensure you are getting ROI from your investment

I have worked with Salesforce for the past 4 years and without prior experience I have been able to teach myself and help my company to grow as they come up with new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been enough time within my company day to day job to understand what I need to learn and what requirements will be needed. Ultimately we should have invested more time in integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We understand more about the amount of incoming opportuinities are as well the turn around time, win loss trends, and daily issues with data quality. It's been a wonderful resource.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been transformative in helping us organize and share information across the organisation. We are able to see how our constituents are engaging with us at any point t.
What do you dislike about the product?
We face struggles with duplicates and data cleanliness. And user adoption can always be an ongoing project. But we are constantly working to overcome those issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track engagement with the many constituents we work with on a regular basis. We also track our fundraising activity and engagement with potential and current donors.
Salesforce cloud offers very high level of customization but at a certain price

What I like best about salescloud are the possibility offered at personalization and flexibility level, the very high number of apps offered in the appexchange to supercharge your platform and the high security level now offered by the platform and transparency.
Also the fact that it could be administered either by non-developer admin or expert dev for more customized features and integrations.

Probably the price of the licences is now very high for small company.

Tracking all activities with customers, opportunities and sales and key metric reporting. 360 view on customers.
