What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Salesforce for 18 years now.
It I'd user friendly, speedy and scales very well.
Lots of plug-ins, including for Gainsight.
I hope I keep using Salesforce in the future and can definitely recommend,!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has all thr customer info and integrates well

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a most use full for the business who in the market of saleimg there products. Like store, companies, retails, real estate and etc.

Here you can get a 360 degree solutions of your business, where you can cover or store all of the transaction, invoice, products, price, leads, account and etc.

And it's also very easy to integrate as well with other systems like sap, dot net, Microsoft navision, outlook and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud only hold the features that use for sales business. No disliking things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud mainly design to give the 360 dgree solution of the business which use to sale their products market, like real estate, retail and more

What do you like best about the product?
it's a wonderful and everyday CRM tool for our team. packed with the best features & functionalities that complete anyone's need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost everything is good about Salesforce and no problem for a big organization but expensive for small business owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very effective in data tracking without errors that directly us achieve our goal of delivering reports to the client

Robust CRM with data analytics and reporting. Easy integration and good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of API integration across other data platforms

Salesforce increasing closing ratio of existing opportunities and helps with driving account engagement across our portfolio of prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is bringing together all activities in sales and marketing. Perfect for transparency throughout the process!

Nothing I can think of at the moment - all in all a very good tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I use the report function daily for all conceivable applications from all business areas. The possibilities you have with it are virtually endless, and a simple report is quickly made. Additionally, the functions to subscribe to it or to create dashboards from it are top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not use CPQ, and sending emails from the system is also not something we like very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity management would not be possible without Salesforce. All information about a customer in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud offers a central point to manage my customer contacts, opportunities, etc. clearly. A single point of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface connection is partially sluggish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can view all important customer information at a glance. This saves me time in customer consulting and support.

What do you like best about the product?
One the best feature Salesforce Sales Cloud provides is a variety of reporting and dashboard tools that helped us tracking our sales performance and make informed decisions.Also we integrated it with our shopify store also with the HubSpot Marketing Hub and power Bi the integration was smoother and it made easy for us to share data and streamline processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
mostly i think this is a issue for non technical person While Salesforce Sales Cloud has made some updates in recent years to improve its ease of use, it can still be a challenging platform to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
after we started using the salesforce sales cloud we saw increase in sales revenue improved customer satisfaction improvisation in decision making and productivity
