What do you like best about the product?
That we can see everything on 360. every one works together
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything works very fine. Sometimes it could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our old system we had many Programms for one customer. Now we have 360 view and everything in one page

What do you like best about the product?
With Salesforce Sales Cloud we see all relevant customer data at one glance. The 360 view of our customers allows us to prioritize tasks and to organize our days very efficiently. Einstein KI helps to focus on the most relevant deals, greatly improving our win rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find the best UI for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud supports our Sales Team to focus on the relevant information and not to miss anything important during critical calls and sales pitches. With the sales dashboard and pipeline views, forecasting and building a meaningful pipeline has become easier than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers the best customizability in high detail, better than any other crm on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
the coolest features are quite expensive and therefore oftentimes not accessible to smaller companies.
also it requires initial effort to simplify and tailor it to the important requirements, removing unused features from the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
salesforce sales cloud helps me to increase efficiency with my clients sales processes, especially with help of the flow builder, its integrations as well as customized reports & dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its 360-degree view of the customer. It provides a single, unified view of all customer data, including contact information, purchase history, and support tickets.

It has a steep learning curve. Salesforce Sales Cloud is a complex platform with a lot of features, which can make it difficult for new users to learn. It offers a variety of training resources, but it can still take some time for users to become proficient in all of its functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves lack of visibility into sales performance. Salesforce Sales Cloud provides real-time insights into sales performance, which can help businessess like ours identify areas for improvement. This includes tools for tracking key metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Service cloud is easy to setup, easy to manage and customize, and scales with any size business
What do you dislike about the product?
Price can be hard for smaller companies but it is well worth the investment. It's the only product that will scale no matter what size your company reaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best CRM in the business. Easy transparency into all deals throughout the process. Can easily mold to any business process and change.

I dislike that there isnt an internal communication tool when talking to Sellers about new integrations.
