What do you like best about the product?
I like the standard objects covered in sales cloud. It covers all of our needs with just a few custom objects. I also like flow builder and how it can automate with clicks not code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be more out of the boys reports and dashboards. This would greatly help executives and key stakeholders visualize and report on key performance indicators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with our lead generation process, opportunity tracking, forecasting and reporting to our sales teams. We are able to track all of our opportunities and has made our sales team more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool at tracking both leads and opportunities. I love the fact I can easily convert a lead into an opportunity and an account. It's been much easier than working in my homegrown CRM and can't wait to further adapt more functionality. The automation tools are easy to use and make follow up generation easier to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to dislike. I am still learning all of the the features. Sometimes the global search returns too many results so the account I am looking for is many times beyond the first 5 results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more able to build a pipeline related to a specific product. We are bringing more data sources together and eventually salesforce will be the source of truth for data. This will be key in building a more in depth detailed view of what customers are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Einstein AI, Conversational Insights, Collaborative forecasting, there are so many amazing features. Pipeline Inspection is my personal favourite, so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features and such a rapid innovation across all of this it's impossible to keep up with all of it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps the sales team working in one platform and gives them more time to sell!

You can access it from anywhere! Collaboration with other users is key!

Our team does not see much value in using Chatter.

It provides a central location for our team to view and search for customer data. It allows us to keep leadership engaged on recent updates.
Great app for sales people to manage their work
What do you like best about the product?
Sales people can easily use Sales Cloud to track their work even if they don't have a lot of technical experience. It tracks leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities and the screens are very similar so it's easy to learn. The platform is very customizable so it can be tailored to your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features are add-ons from Salesforce or third party partners, so your investment will probably go up over time and the complexity of administration/maintenance will go up too. This is probably true of all important company systems but it's just not always pointed out during the sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sales Cloud to track the prospects and deals that our sales team is working on. We can see it all in one place, report on it and see charts and graphs without having to ask individuals for updates or export data to excel.

Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
As a business user, I really enjoy using sales cloud. It's a fantastic tool! It's easy to use and has a wide range of features and functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's a great tool. I haven't had any issues with it, but like any new tool you need proper support, set up and training

I like sales cloud because we can use many integrations with it. We are hardcore Google Drive users so having integrations with that helps a lot!

Load times can be slow depending on the day
