What do you like best about the product?
We run many different outreach campaigns to drive our sales strategy. Salesforce makes it very simple to integrate and track the success of these outreach strategies from top of the funnel all the way to the bottom, pointing to those that convert the highest.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides if I have to be honest. It does take time to learn how to build out the most appropriate data model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the archaic way we had to manually manage performance data across disparate systems. Having it all together saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes our analytics more efficient.
And it makes our processes smoother overall. It has changed the way we look at our business and has truly been impactful
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It has actually only been a large benefit to our company overall. I would not suggest any immediate changes or glaring places of improvement . I believe those will come organically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking analytics and allowing our sales data to flow into our organization and loan operation process. It has also made our operations smoother overall. Amazing

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about the Sales Cloud is that we can set different approval processes to alow the team work independently and at the same to get the approvals only when they are required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where I see the opportunity to improve is to extend and enrich more the Product object to handle more complex Product Catalogs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier way how to track to leads and opportunities, interactions with clients so all the Sales representatives know exactly what to do on they current day and also when to reach out to the clients.

It's everything I need always!! The most innovative platform ever!

Could be prettier. But figma and designers can fix that so not a big deal

I really love it's confirguarbility. The company has made it easy for businesses to adopt, for users to learn on, and for groups to customize to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to feel overwhelmed with the amount of work that needs to be done to get you where you need to be with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce enables us to control our contacts and email marketing while connecting with other platforms easily

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce keeps developing this platform and making it better with new and improved features in every release. Love how I can customize for my users and that there are so many options on the AppExchange too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that they try to encompass a lot and miss some simple upgrades to the platform or additional options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently looking at adding CPQ which will be great for our sales users to have this with the rest of their CRM data

Sales cloud is an amazing CRM tool leading the industry and a great platform to start from when looking for more advanced products like CPQ.

Nothing. Salesforce Salescloud is very well rounded.
