Ease of use and integrations and also mobile aspects of the technology

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to keep track of all my customer interactions. The platform allows me to manage leads,contacts and opportunities as well as the email marketing feature that is in available. The data dashboards are very valuable. Salesforce sales cloud is also user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike. I find the entire platform easy to navigate with perfectly integrated solutions for any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cant think of any at this time. There is always support available.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the only CRM I know of that facilitates business users to implement their sales process end to end without much customization. I always see Sales Cloud as the foundational Lego block to control and gain visibility to heart of any business - Sales. The level of UI customizations possible without coding is simply amazing, especially with the latest Winter '24 release for dynamic layouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud needs to offer capabilities to handle digital products such as subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is our source of truth for any customer related processes such as managing order installations, communications, CSAT. With the automations in place, SF has significantly reduced the Case Handling Time for a significant number of processes.

What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant who implemented Canada's largest Salesforce Maps deployment, the 'Plan Scenario' functionality is one of the standout features of Salesforce Maps Territory Planning. This feature offers the flexibility to adjust factors that influence territories. Additionally, on the Maps platform, the live layer assists managers in monitoring field agents by providing geographical data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permission groups in Salesforce Maps can only be shared individually among users or profiles, which may not be the most optimal method
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Maps helps the field Reps to perform action right on the Map instead of navigating to the record to update it. Also it helps the managers to slide and dice the data with Territory Planning and plan the territories accordingly.

UI can get better I feel the side pannel could be more interactive

I love the ease of integration with other applications on the app exchange as well as the customization options to your business needs.

Customer support can be difficult to get ahold of

Hmm tough to say any bad points here, need other API plugs to help with some features

Salesforce helps us keep track of leads and making sure no prospects fall through the cracks.
What do you like best about the product?
The Most Helpful thing when it comes to Salesforce is the ability to create lists and campaigns. Through our lists and campaigns, we are able to make sure customers are tracked when they attend events and conferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, though their dashboards and ability to sort through old lists and campaigns could be helpful.

Helps us keep track of prospects as they make their way through our sales cycle by allowing us to visualize campaigns and keep track of the events prospects attend.
