Sales Cloud has helped our team drive efficiency and track and predict revenue and ROI in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The sales process is extremely helpful when streamlining business processes and getting our team aligned with goals. The stage bar on opportunities is the baseline for revenue prediction and pipeline management, as well as the ability to create reports and dashboards to report on and r predict revenue and pipelines. Our organization uses sales cloud as the basis of our salesforce instance, and it is extremely helpful in the day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are updates I wish were implemented faster. For instance, not being able to build a report that shows only the most recent and upcoming task is an iteration I wish was implemented quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports and dashboards and keeping users in salesforce, not in excel. The capabilities sales cloud removes the need for excel sheets and data being stored offline or in fundraisers' heads. Sales Cloud keeps data live and variable, and allows me to report on the data and build out solutions to business problems that can be documented and applied organization wide.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user, so my expertise is growing exponentially with experience. Biggest impact item right off the bat is integration with Outlook. This has enabled me to increase my informational throughput into our CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many fields that are not relevant for me, although this was also true of my last system.

To be determined for me as an individual contributor, but one of our executives indicated last week that they are already seeing the benefits of better visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesCloud scales for multiple purposes and levels of sophistication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trailhead is difficult to use to find relevant training. Product selection for opportunities and quotes is difficult. Constantly being sold CPQ is costly and a non starter

Visibility to opportunity and the ability to forecast revenue. Workflows and notifications are automating handoffs across teams. And app exchange allows is to easily add features
Delivering an experience to Delight our Customers
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enables our sales professionals to deliver a more customized and personalized care call for our veterinary professionals so that we utilize their precious time in the most intentional way possible. My company will be new to sales force but that was the experience my prcuous company had and I am so excited to create this at another organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think improvements are being made through the Einstein 1 platform that will incorporate AI into sales cloud for a seamless opportunity for our sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization today is just getting sales cloud so it will be solving have a platform to manage all customer interactions and touch points. Previously it made our sales team more focused and saved countless hours pre call and post call planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the dashboards and reporting the sales cloud has to offer. Provides clear visibility on hot trends and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love/hate the customization you can easily break something if not done right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting and process flows have been difficult to connect

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive UI, easy of configuration with low code and no code. I especially appreciate support that Salesforce provides to its customers in their efforts to drive their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some innovations that are still lacking, the competitors have implemented. Part of the stems from sales force's growth. For example, there are many ideas on the idea exchange that are 10 years old.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily the basic problem being solved is the standard one of the sales need for a centralized CRM system. It also provides automated and productive ways to improve salesperson efficiency.
