What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform where we can keep a records on accounts, business, calls, call recordings, conversation, sales and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such dislike about the application so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps proactively getting the report till now from the generation of Lead and help to take the next step of the Business.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesforce every day, it is my home page. (the lightning version). It is my single source of truth when tracking my Tier Accounts and viewing our team dashboard, as well as seamlessly integrating with other cloud apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer the lightning version to classic, but I love salesforce!! I don't dislike anything in terms of features or functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce keeps everything in one spot, and tracks activity for you. I have been a user for 5 years.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesCLoud is intuitive to use and very rich in features. It could be used out of the box as well as be highly customized. Integration to other systems is simple and the customer support is great, also is the community of users, called "Ohana". I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of SalesForce and it's richness in features can be overwhelming. Sometimes, I am not too happy with loading times of the SaaS but this maybe my connection. Biggest dislike goes to the pricing.

Getting transparency about the business: Pipeline, sales planninig, account manager performance management

Salesforce Sales Cloud platform have immense out of the functionalities which helps sales agents to grow sales and business with the help of CRM capabilities.

Sales Cloud is costly for medium and micro scale business and it has limitations on calling prospects within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved multiple problems on growing sales and reach to customers with immense automation and data security and best customer management system. Additionally, benefits the business to improve the sales and customer conversion.

Ih helps you to guide and track your business, organize and coordinate your teams. Salesforce gives you great overview about productivity, revenue, forecast from a high lever or as a deep dive analytics tool for your data

There are some limitations regarding filtering on Dashboards but it's nothing that you cannot avoid

It solves busines organization issue. Everything is in one place. Different team members can colaborate and share information using Salesforce. This helps us to speed up the business and be more productive.

The robustness of the platform, making it the most complete CRM on the Market. Being able to connect various tools to complete the service and have a centralized source of truth.

The UX/UI experience is not the most appealing, specially for new users. It has a ver long learning curve.

Ease of use and user friendly UI of the system, easy to learn and perform the admin task.Being the best CRM in the industry, it provides most effective customer relationship management.

Licenece fees is quite high for medium and Micro scale business, Sales Cloud should also provide some more out of the box features like calling or reaching customers without any additional costs.

Salesforce provides multiple out of the box features which helps Sales Teams to Capture and Convert more prospects within the single Platform. Nevertheless, Salesforce Sales Cloud features and out of the box automations helps the business agents to eliminate human errors and manual efforts.
