What do you like best about the product?
It's a good & efficient sales CRM for growing companies, we have been using this tool for over 7 months now, we have been able to integrate our other tool via API and all metrics are easily available on the dashboard. Makes it easy for our reps to keep a record of all accounts

The tool is certainly expensive and takes quite a time to implement.

We needed a efficient sales CRM for our growing team which we can integrate with our other tools.

The Best Tool for Sales Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing CRM tool that I have used so far. Our sales automation was carried out by Sales Cloud Solutions, giving us a 360-degree view of our customer information, which is really important for any organization. We use the tool on a daily basis, and it has been of great use to us. We have also gotten our Sales Navigator integrated with the system which makes our work easy.
The customer support for any trouble was really good. Since we have in-house experts for the implementation, it was quite easy for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has many standard modules, and that can lead to confusion. I had to get training on each of the modules thoroughly.
Moreover, the tool is too costly, and each of the add-ons can also come with a higher budget struggle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales enablement has been boosted by the Salesforce Sales Cloud Tool. We have the advantage of using the reports and dashboard feature of the solution which gives us realtime analytics for boosting our day-to-day tasks. The amount of our data in Excels has vanished to the cloud solution, which has given us a perfect 360-degree view of our activities and tracked them down clearly under the customer data.

Sales Cloud is one of the main clouds of the Salesforce Platform that provides great features like Lead Management, Account and Contact Management, Opportunities Management, and Setting Up Roles and profiles to restrict access to data in the Salesforce for different Users.
The response time of this CRM is great compared to others. It provides powerful Reporting and Dashboards functionality.
It provides a great UI and can be easily customizable through both declarative and custom development.

What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce offers different editions according to the user's need but it can be expensive for small firms. There's additional licensing and storage cost which is not bearable for small firms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrated WordPress Forms with Salesforce through WebtoLead standard functionality. We are receiving all the Customer data from the different websites and storing it in the single Salesforce CRM where all the Companies (Accounts) and their Contacts are available. Lead can be further converted into Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities for further business Operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Sale force sales cloud offers me detailed reports which I truly like. It is a complete summary of what we are selling and therefore easy to know our business performance. They also provide flexible filtering options that enable customized data extraction, critical in helping us do our financial analysis. The relationships that connect account managers with stakeholders are simply remarkable. By consolidating all of this into one location, we can now effortlessly monitor our pipelines as well as manage our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Salesforce is doing many positive things but making quotation not very difficult. I believe that restructuring of financial and billing procedures should be simplified in order to become more understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of storing all client and project data in some centrally controlled location is addressed by the Salesforce Sales Cloud. The embedded system has proven crucial in reducing errors as we make sure every stakeholder is fed with the same consistent information. This is very useful in predicting the future events when doing forecasts and budgeting accurately as a person involved in financials’ control.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has numerous uses for our company but I like the ease of integrations but also the number of options for integrations. The Support team is also helpful is expanding knowledge of the product beyond its original set up.

There are so many features sometimes it can be overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything from sales plan, forecasting, marketing, opportunity management, campaign management, lead management etc. Everything out of the box is superb and easy to customise as per end user requirements.

Sometimes we get limitations around number of fields that can be displayed on mobile devices that can be frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
It helps the business to manage all their Sales process in one place.It is very user friendly and easy to use .It has multiple tools to give you 360 degree view of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive for small businesses. Salesforce charges extra costs for extra storage and the Salesforce license is expensive according to the Indian market because it is charged in USD and in India it is a very big amount for small business to implement Salesforce.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the business problems by providing them the solution for Sales in one place. We are integrating Salesforce with Oracle Eloqua to fetch the leads from there to Salesforce. Salesforce helps to give 360 view of the business which can help us to get where we need to focus more like on leads or opportunities.
