Great product with innovation in mind
What do you like best about the product?
Great product to maintain strong customer relationships. Product is continuously improved to keep up with technology and is secure and well maintained. Looks nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take some time to implement and that can deter some from using portions of it. It can be daunting at first but isn't as difficult as some think. There are some components missing or some functionality that isn't there but it's always being improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping close business with customer and provide additional upswell opportunities and ensure the relationship with the customer is strong

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sales cloud issue but we customized too much that complicates things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finally a single sourced place to gather and have visibility to all customer data and information that is also fueling our marketing team with data analytics they never had before.

Easy to use and can be customised for different user levels. You can create pages suitable for your team and make customer relationship management easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it seems to tick all the boxes:
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlined all our customers interaction. Help us track and set KPIs for the team. Before sales cloud we didn't know how long a chat or call or an ongoing case takes.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been critical to our teams, not only for managing opportunities, but also using the data from renewals, product utilization, and business metrics for our B2B clients to build long lasting client relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs better dynamic workflows through sales stages, but this may be solved with flow builder

What do you like best about the product?
I like the no code aspect of sales cloud. We try to keep solutions to as little dev work/code as possible. That code (in our experience) tends to break and need consistent assessment and fixing. Out of the box solutions help keep our Dev team focused on the bigger projects at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a large number of users and there are new features always coming for specific users or use cases. It gets costly to have premium features for all the users. When we have an issue or process we're trying to solve, it gets salesy pretty quick because that the solution is always the next price tier away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is the center hub for linking together all the tools from different segments of the business. Sales, Service, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Security, Compliance, all in the same place for easy visibility to all stakeholders. Salesforce makes reporting easy for all users who may look at the business from different angles and who may want to leverage different types of data.

The thing I like best is how the customer, information and data are at the forefront of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to develop customizationis tedious. And sometimes the solution doesn't truly address the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a main hub for the internal akd external workflow.
Enables cross channel sales insight with commerce
What do you like best about the product?
We use both sales cloud and commerce from Salesforce, the best part is the ability to share objects and therefore data across multiple sales channels from CRM and commerce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is definitely high, considering sales analytics is not included and require separate license. For company that focus on data and AI, it really should be part of the same license offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the problem of retrieving customer and acvount information in one places, instead of individual spreadsheets, saved on sales personnel's individual devices. That enables commerce to ultilize the information without additional data gathering

A lot of innovative features and good Sales operation guidelines but for smaller organization and medium sized organizations it may be expensive

Expensive as more salesforce people come onboard

Sales Cloud allowed us to collaborate easily and track our sales pipeline as our business began to grow

Reports and dashboards are a bit limited but there are enough sales-specific dashboards to get started with

What do you like best about the product?
The forecasting capabilities are able to provide accurate insights. Teams spend less time trying to understand the data, which opens up their time and improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the high price with Salesforce Salea Cloud. On top of that, there are some instances that require add-ons, which also increases the total price.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps track our revenue from all of our channel partners on how well each one is doing and who is performing the best to be grouped in a certain partner tier.
