Fan of the product!
What do you like best about the product?
Customization allows the product to fit your exact needs as a sales organization. Multiple use cases and variety of functions that all for frequent use
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost too much to build out on your own, can get cluttered and repetitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency and updates on deals -- allows for a communal platform to look at accounts, track activities, observe and monitor deals and more
Great Program, it's the Future!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the features and capabilities that are very easy to use. It's a breath of fresh air compared to what we were using before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly It was a little overwhelming at first, all the options and capabilites, coming from a very simple outdated program that we used before this, but after a little you get the hang of it, so there's really nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier to find customer/client information then previous programs. And you can include more information for anyone searching a new addition to see.
Salesforce is a no brainer
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to navigate and its something we use every single day to make us more effective as a Sales Development engine. It is our true single source of truth for all customer and prospect information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its easy to get messy with duplicate accounts. However this is more of an issue from the prospecting tool we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all contacts and records.

Great resource for managing contact and lead data
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to export contacts from zoominfo, I also can create campaigns and add these contacts to those campaigns. I can create opportunities as well. I can run reports on lead and contact data and use these reports to acess or organize contact data. In addition I have option to disqualify contacts no longer needed to keep the database clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I run a report not all fields are able to be edited. I would love to see this option added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving contact/lead data management and reporting and opporutnity setting. I am able to organize data via provided resources like the abvility to create campaigns, create contacts/leads, create reports to filter data. It allows my team and I to be more efficeint in overall data processing and management.
A Great Experience with Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
It is complete. It has all necessary tools a sales rep like me needs . You can customize reports, track deals easily, and can be integrated with a lot of different software to provide ease of use all throughout
What do you dislike about the product?
There are unexpected downtimes. There is a certain time of the day where errors keep popping up and inables me to do anywork for that period of time. It does get fixed within the day although it happens very frequently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically is a CRM made for sales people. So it has everything that a typical sales person needs to get the job done. I've had experienced other CRM systems not built for sales and it's actually quite hard to move things around the way you can move things around with Salesforce

Sometimes the application can get pretty slow.

Salesforce provide a complete view of customer. Easy to integrate with other business applications.
Best Cloud CRM Solution so far
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sales Cloud to be focusing on admins and therefore their clicks before code approach. It is really easy to implement the most complex business logic with flows and without a line of code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how they are doing sales and pushing the customers to buy more and longer licenses. In the beginning when Salesforce started they told people they can just buy a license for a month, because Salesforce trusted their product and were sure that the customer will continue using it. Nowadays they are just afraid of loosing agains competitors

For me as a Salesforce consultant, Salesforce is my bread and butter.

- the standard objects are quite useful

- It makes the whole sales process transparent and this helps in finding improvements in the Sales process.
Ease to use with very easy user navigations
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud really helps to monitor thee entire sales processs at ease. Starting from Campgain, Lead to Opportunity. The best thing about the sales cloud is that you can view the 360 degree view of customer insigghts. With the newly added sales cloud email using einstien makes it the best CRM tool for engagement, a very well defined emails can be generated just will clicks and further it can be customized as per need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it can be costly for small startup companies. But you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the sales team to have 360 degree view of customer at each time, which helps them to sale product as per the need of the customer. The latest AI features make the engagement more easy and scalable with clicks.
