The right platform for my clients!

What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities are endless! Salesforce sales cloud allows you to customize your CRM to suit your business needs. It creates a self service like experience through Trailhead, and a active community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to understand the different sales cloud platforms. Once you have mastered this understanding the app exchange and searching for help becomes much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much of our business relationships, and it leads live in our c-suites minds. Providing them and easy to use platform where they can share their activities expands our sales opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales path, process and sales activity tracking is the best. We can customize according to our business processes
What do you dislike about the product?
For first time user, sales cloud is very overwhelming because so many data that can be show. It's require learning curve to use sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales consistency, forecast, opportunity tracking & closing, sales performance & productivity now can be monitored and company can make enablement to help sales

What do you like best about the product?
We have used it for 10 years now, we started small and we are doing amazing while we moved from direct to consumer to direct to busienss and sales cloud was set in stone amazing product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not be able to find any, it never went done on us in last 10 years. Transition to lightning was little bit of pain but you cannot complain since there were alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shorten our sales cycle to start with, automated subscription, document validation, lead capture and nurture was one of the best thing we did with salesforce. So

Trying to develop as a non profit when we do not have a web developer role

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Salesforce for work for the last 8-9 years and I think it's the most flexible software which keeps improving three times a year. I've seen competitors switch to Salesforce and their adoption rates increased! So pleased to use it work and implement it for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! It just matters that it's implemented correctly. Other than that I think it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help log opportunities, time tracking, personal management, PTO tracking, measure utilization.

So far everything has been working well. The biggest challenge will be implementing AI

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is simply a piece of the entire Salesforce Ecosystem ecosystem. With AI now part of that ecosystem, Sales Cloud gives significant power to business success
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile tool needs improvement. They have made great strides - and even recently - but more control over offline sync and configuration would be huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining customer relationships is critical. Sales Cloud is central to ensuring that happens in a meaningful yet intuatige way. Connections to additional apps are also beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Continuous improvement and scalability. Easy to learn and user friendly. Fast solutions and wonderful guidance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can fulfill all of my sales teams needs. If they can dream it, then I can build it with the Salesforce platform. Salesforce adapts to your business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many fir cost upgrades. I wish all of the capabilities were GA. They are constantly trying to sell me a new product. However, this also means there are a lot of upgrades available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps us target the reps to focus on. I am really excited for the expanded functionality with generative AI.
