What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has so many out of the box objects to track sales activity from lead to close. It has so many easy to use functions that allow sales individuals to manage their book of business and collaborate with service cloud users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve for regular business users to understand where to get at specific data or understand when they take an action, what actually happens. Many of these things can be trained however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us to allow sales agents to manage their own book of business without admin intervention. It has great tools for associating related records and separates the concept of a lead and an actual customer.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data I can add to any amount and how easy it is to integrate with other accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
The site can sometimes feel basic which is not a bad thing since it is still very user friendly

It helps me find great leads and accounts to make the selling process much easier

What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation, communicating with customers and tracking activities is so much easier in the Salesforce Sales Cloud!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! I guess user adoption is always a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us a 360 view of our members. Full lifecycle of the customer journey is allowing us to quickly make better decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all of our customer data together. We can market better and also keep track of opps (new, upsell, cross sell, +revisiting lost opps) Great tool
What do you dislike about the product?
End user adoption and activity tracking. It is sometimes difficult to capture 100% of the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primary database for all client data for demand-chain (marketing/sales/service)

What do you like best about the product?
A systematic way to manage sales activities and convert lead to close won opportunity. It's one of the easier CRM system to use, takes just less than a min to log in activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's not set up or configured well, it can be difficult to use. Also, if the managers do not buy in, and team doesn't use, value is reduced. Works best when more people uses within the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A structured way to manage sales activities. Logging closed lost is as valuable as it provides insight for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provide tools to manage the leads, opportunities and sales accurately and it is very very helpfull for all businesses no matter what is the size.
What do you dislike about the product?
you have to pay extra when you try to store large amount of data so for low budget companies and startups it is difficult to if they wants to store large amount of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem : Before this whenever try to track the leads always there are some missing opportunities
Benefit: Now i can easily track the leads without missing the opportunities
