It is the Best and Easiest Cloud for any business to set up Salesforce or who wants to move their business to Salesforce. It also provide good and simple UI Experience

It binds the user in some situations like While adding products to the Opportunity. Or while setting up the prices of the products.So we have to go for external packages like CPQ or revenue cloud

it provides users with reports and dashboards so they can be used for forecasting or managing data to monitor the sales rep performance. Also it provides chatter to collaborate between users

To consolidate al the client information in the same tool. To see all the oportunities and leads for each sales executive.

Reports and dashboards. It would be great to add more filters and diferents views.

Some new features require additional licenses . Dependency on Slack for some features is hard

There really is no other option.
What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud is such an amazing product. Being able to use it's core freatures buy also use partner products makes this a "no brainer" decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides if I am being honest. The support team is awesome as well.

Salesforce Sales Cloud enables everyone on the team to be on the same page. Everything is very organized and easy to use.

There are no downsides. Need to make a convincing case for Sales people at the company to adopt it and see the benefits.
