What do you like best about the product?
Wing SaaS and not limited to one desktop. It increases opportunities, productivity, growth, collaboration, speed of sales, and what's always the most valuable, the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. It should be able to be customize the needs of the federal government.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us capture Customer Relationships Management across to unique sectors, the private and public.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with Salesforce AI and data products. Salesforces commitment to this space and continuous innovation. Proven through many verticals. Announcement Pharma solution is coming soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noting at the moment. No pharmaceutical solution until Q3, 2025. Pits interested companies in a holding pattern or many force their hand to make a move to another solution earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Marketing and Data cloud.
This seamless integration saves us times, resources, and cost for our IT and operations organizations. This is a powerful value add

UI causes new users issues and is not easy to nav!

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about sales cloud is how it keeps our sales data organized. We are able to use Salesforce tools to streamline processes around our sales data to keep it clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very hard to get sales reps to adopt and they will get their Opps in at a very late stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our sales reps organized and give us reporting and pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows our company to track everything from customer spend, new customer accounts, forecasting and the integrations we are able to seamlessly connect with make our GTM teams lives so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud can almost do too much. While it's good and bad there is a really large long learning curve to finding your way around and customizing your org to fit your needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is providing a lot of opportunities for our sales team to self serve. By being able to create new features for them within sales cloud that makes them more autonomous our cases are lower and our admin team is freed up to work on more strategic objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
Sale cloud is the most productive tool for our company and sales team. Sales are able to manage our clients profiles and all types of interactions are captured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account hierarchy- it is the most requested feature but creates bad experience for our sales since we have a lot of child account associated to a parent account. I wish account hierarchy simplified our upgraded like other Salesforce functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud solves all the problems and challenges related to customer engagement and follow up. Account planning is another problem that is being solved with SC.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is great.
I love designing pages.
Also, the declarative programming is really good and seems to be improving!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for you to have gpt capabilities for building flows.
Not all organizations have access to people that can build these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a managed package to help with sample management in the medical industry.
