It can be hard to keep informed on the value of updates with a small Salesforce staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is easy to learn for tech teams and for sales teams. The per
Issuing are so versitale to help each group see the right information, easily use appExcahnge partners products like Conga and DocuSign, and has very readable dashboard and automated reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving our instance from Classic to Lightning is more challenging than I had hoped it would be. I think SF is already making it easier by promoting the communities heavily. The community support to help when I get stuck is phenomenal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce enables our Sales teams to track our customer contracts and the value of each partner and potential lead.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that I can standardize and scale so many manual processes and trackers that my sales team had buried in manual spreadsheets. This not only adds efficiencies to their processes while eliminating swivel chair but it breaks down silos and gets us closer to a customer 360 with shared customer data on a trusted and secure platform like Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only hurdle I hit with Salesforce Sales Cloud was getting my team to understand that if the data wasn't in the CRM it didn't truly exists. This adoption issues is being mitigated by sales manager using centralized dashboards to carry out their weekly team syncs and ensures that everyone knows what they are being held accountable to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the reps to identify the best leads in their pipeline to ensure they are focusing on prospects with the highest propensity to convert to customers. The business performance has increased with our use of sales cloud as we have standardized processes that we can quickly roll out to new reps to reduce time to ramp.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud can be tailored to fit our company's unique processes and helps our acquisition and sales employees to work effectively. It offers a central view of our customer data
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a small company, so disadvantages are the costs, also for any extra features you may want to use. Additionally, the offering of features can be overwhelming to the point where you are not using sales cloud's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud offers a centralized view of our customer data and has also improved our data accuracy and accessibility. Our acquisition and sales processes are more streamlined and activities visible for everyone. The options for customization offer the possibility to tailor Salesforce to our unique needs.

Features can be overwhelming - there are so many functionalities, I get lost in the tool sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
How effectively it enables me to organize my data. I love the list views. Being able to inline edit is a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to update records quickly. It is also difficult it to keep the data clean. Not sure how to improve it but I know DemandTools could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a full view of our customer and prospect data and open sales deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sales cloud really does everything for you. You get everything you need and you could hit the ground running also reporting is very powerful with everything given to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have much to say here, something that was not inconvenient was migrating files from the lead into the account. we solved it by custom apex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing information and making the software easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the most intuitive CRM for sales. Features are easy to learn and analytics provide great insights clearly. It also leads the way on latest innovations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different products associated with the sales cloud are difficult to understand. It is hard to match features with product skus when planning future roadmaps for the sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud provide the necessary customer 360 view and allows our Sales teams to easily manage their clients and conversations. AI will take sales relationships with their clients to a more personal level while maximizing efficiency.
