What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact of the Einstein option which helps with the sales process steps
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some concerns on the ai functionality and the privacy of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This benefits the sales team with analytical recording of the data and transparency across all platforms

What do you like best about the product?
It really is the single source of truth for everything customer related. One place to park everything, from meeting notes, to managing opportunities, to creating quotes, scheduling mting amd much more. I couldn't be as efficient without this tool and I certainly couldn't do my work without it anymore

Not much really because it's very customizable to your liking

Being a salesperson is managing your own business. Salesforce CRM simplifies and improves this by having it all in one place with nice dashboards to follow everything on one place and get you focus on what's important

So far I have not uncovered anything the platform won't do to help us improve our business

Sales account validation is missing from the firms which makes user experience little unpleasant

Great Product…and Even Easier UX
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is so user friendly and powerful with a UX that makes everything so easy. The No code principle and ability to automate process everywhere is so welcoming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud provides the ability to provide too many notifications depending on the process which some members of sales team find challenging to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has made it extremely easy to help sales reps manage pipe...and a greater understanding and ability to coach through the process.

Insights and activity management. One place to track and manage all of our sales beeds

Our edition doesn't give us all the available tools, but that's on us to grow.

It creates an end to end system to give our sales team more tools than any other platform and it's easy to manage
