No better tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexible, allowing it to grow with your business and your business needs. It also offers lots of reporting and analytics. It's always growing and evolve so you'll be cutting edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can require a developer, experience admin, or other resources to get the most of the tool and maintain it for your company. It requires a level of commitment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM that tracks marketing and sales. We use it to capture the entire lead lifecycle and our revenue, pipeline, and forecast. It has helped us to grow and focus on the leads that matter.

You will see all customer data in one place. You can simply close deals by working with colleagues and teams across the whole company without losing any information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say. Most information is available, also on the go with your mobile. Only data in some areas without internet connection are missing, but it is not often.

Bring data from different areas and systems into one place. Have always up-to-date data. Get a clear view of your sales pipeline. Better and faster reporting with the right data.

The lead and campaign functionality, from development perspective the new automation tool like moving to flows, the lightning web components. The way we can integrate leads with marketing cloud.

Sales cloud makes it lot easier in converting leads to actual sales and make nbest use of the opportunities. This is helping organizations in keeping up with the business demands

Interesting question. The ability to link outside opportunities tracking or Projection of individual sales person or team's abikity to achieve the target can be more effective. May be the data cloud solves the problem

Entire opportunities to leads and converting the prospects as potential customer is done through sales cloud. All of account management and tracking/ monitoring all of it is done through sales cloud. The reports and dashboards are amazing

One view and mobile friendly. Centralized location for data

Understanding data and cleansing. And licinxinf requires many different licenses instead of just 1 that covers everything
