Allows you make is as customized and complicated as some wants to. Adds tech debts very quickly unless guardrails are put in place

Keeping all contacts together and keep my customers well informed. Members can keep their profile updated it all times and vew their memberships real time.
Salesforce Sales Cloud is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has streamlined our sales process , increased our efficiency. Now sales, marketing, customer success and various teams are on one platform and visibility of whole lifecycle from lead to contract. Recent implementation of Salesforce CPQ and advanced approval helped further with faster deal closure and improved data accuracy and simiplied the quoting process.Overall it has been great experience using Sales Cloud

Sales forecasting is always been our challlange.Hoping with recent improvements in Salesforce Forecasting with Revenue Intelligence which is coming in upcoming releases with help us

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been such a great tool for me. It's intuitive and user friendly. It can be a bit intimidating at first, but the Salesforce community is the best at cheering you along. I am able to streamline my work and be more efficient and effective. I am able to grow my workload because of the ease of this cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be an intimidating start. Especially if your company doesn't have a lot of admins or champions. So there is a learning curve, but once you get it, you GET IT!

It's definitely helping with not stepping on others toes and knowing who is doing what. It helps talk to customers and have the background information
