Love sales cloud to sales better and more
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, you have all the data in the same place and you can have better results in your kpis

I like everything, is easy and quickly to implement

What do you like best about the product?
Process effiency to close deals faster, streamline the process, integrated data and transparency into status and metrics to measure success. Salesforce far exceeds their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. The only things not working is more of an internal challenge that we haven't invested the time to solve but Salesforce sales cloud has the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales process efficiently, common process, lower sales admin work, make the purchase and decision process easier for the customer. Provide transparency and metrics to drive success.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud powers our sales platform and our business can now take power of Salesforce in their hand to customer to close deals faster and efficiently. It's one shop stop for our sales users to engage and get insights into our sales practices
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with our in house applications require a middleware and some custom Java code, brining mulesoft capabilities included in sales licenses would elevate some of these pain points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brining sales users close to our customer by brining power of Salesforce mobile and now sales team can access all our custom processes on the go

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is great to manage your pipeline effectively. What I like most is the collaboration capabilities across different teams which helps to understand what is going on and to focus on quality when converting leads into customers.

Overall we are happy. Continuously exploring new features which help us to improve further.

I love being able to track from leads to conversion and through our customer lifecycle. There are so many tools it integrates with easily, as well.

There are times we struggle to get custom report types created to meet user's requests.

It's giving us more visibility into our sales activities to help manage our teams more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the leading sales cloud and CRM platform. As an enablement leader, Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy for my team to create and implement sales programs and tools that improve overall sales productivity and measure performance. It's easy to use - on the front and back end - and is flexible to create to your business and user needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any SaaS tool, you must be strategic about developing a change management and adoption plan upon rollout and ongoing. Without focus on adoption, training and change management, you may be faced with frustrations on platform usage. This is not atypical of any SaaS solution, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account and contact management, account planning, opportunity tracking - prior to Salesforce, all of these regular sales activities were not tracked or archived. Salesforce helps our teams monitor and measure their sales activities and understand through analytics how they should spend their time.

Offline capabilities for remote users on mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
It's streamlined our work and made our cross functional teams 20% more efficient and we continue to add and build onto it. It's Ana amazing product.

Better mobile capability and access to apps like tableau and fast load times and off line capabilities
