What do you like best about the product?
Industry verticals like financial services cloud that we use take the power of sales cloud and make it more relevant for our industry. Our sales teams are all connected on a single platform which makes our operating model more efficient. We can collect all the data we need about every sales transaction that helps us make predictive suggestions for our sales people, which leads to better sales outcomes
What do you dislike about the product?
To date the integration with outlook for email has been very challenging. All our our company uses outlook and the integration options and features with Salesforce aren't as robust as we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Give us a 360 view all our customers and their interactions and engagement activity. Track all sales activity and opportunities.

While Salesforce Sales Cloud offers numerous advantages, one notable drawback is its pricing structure. For small businesses or startups with limited budgets, the cost can be prohibitive. The tiered pricing model, often requiring add-ons for specific features, can quickly escalate expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Future looking pipelines and keeping quotes up to date. Helping our users to stay more up to date on their open and closed deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has helped us with our sales pipeline from quote to cash efforts in many ways. We are able to seamlessly deliver our sales quotes and track opportunities easily and in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud requires a significant amount of admin customization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CRM usage has increased through optimizing our pipeline flow and making the experience easy for our reps

What do you like best about the product?
We are beginning our journey with Salesforce. I am delighted at what I see so far. I am especially fond of the fluidity of the journey. We came from a basic data base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initiation I to salesforce a bit overwhelming. There was a great deal of non applicable trainings within trailhead. It was hard to figure out where to begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will assist us with our donor database and allow us to better serve our university. Pulling together many separate data bases into a unified database with knowledge.
