I love having our data easily accessible to show to funders and potential partners in sf city government.

Trying to develop as a non profit when we do not have a web developer role

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Salesforce for work for the last 8-9 years and I think it's the most flexible software which keeps improving three times a year. I've seen competitors switch to Salesforce and their adoption rates increased! So pleased to use it work and implement it for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! It just matters that it's implemented correctly. Other than that I think it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help log opportunities, time tracking, personal management, PTO tracking, measure utilization.

So far everything has been working well. The biggest challenge will be implementing AI

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is simply a piece of the entire Salesforce Ecosystem ecosystem. With AI now part of that ecosystem, Sales Cloud gives significant power to business success

The Mobile tool needs improvement. They have made great strides - and even recently - but more control over offline sync and configuration would be huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining customer relationships is critical. Sales Cloud is central to ensuring that happens in a meaningful yet intuatige way. Connections to additional apps are also beneficial.

Forecast and predictions. Reports and dashboards. Easily configurable. Scalability and adoptable. Lead scoring and lead to case process improvement and customer

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can fulfill all of my sales teams needs. If they can dream it, then I can build it with the Salesforce platform. Salesforce adapts to your business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many fir cost upgrades. I wish all of the capabilities were GA. They are constantly trying to sell me a new product. However, this also means there are a lot of upgrades available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps us target the reps to focus on. I am really excited for the expanded functionality with generative AI.

Sales Cloud enables users to sell more efficiently and keeps customer data in sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that some orgs rely on external data and you may need to connect to antiquated systems to pull it in.

It solves the problem of not having a single source of truth into sales agency's book of business

If anything, it's the maintenance. You need to make sure the tool is up to date and relevant.

Easy to navigate and build the process around. Makes the sales reps task easier.
Path settings make them very happy while they see what is the next step for each stage.

We can work on performance in lightning it would be better.it takes a while to load the page if we have multiple fields.page layouts may be we can have a feature to assign multiple to one profile dynamically based on configuration.
