Hands down the best solution to help streamline your Salesforce process
What do you like best about the product?
The solution has helped us streamline our sales process in a way that is very intuitive and easy to adopt from an onboarding perspective. We have been using the solution for almost 9 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to help navigate our sellers through process change. The enablement ont hat front has also been a hurdle, I know with the launch of co pilot, this will drastically help but is an extra cost which is unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our team aligned on our process in a way that is easy to adopt. I am looking forward to see how the AI enhancement will help us be more productive and efficient.

To connect with my customers and help them to help our business grow. All the beautiful automations we can do. The new AI implementations that we can adopt are really cool

Nothing that I really dislike. It's involving every single day and their to lot of good stuff happening every day. Still a lot to come so we don't have to do any cody
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of being connected to the customer and helping us authenticate a lot of conversations with them so they are falling out of our sight and them not feeling ignored

What do you like best about the product?
This comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) platform has transformed the way we manage our sales processes, boosting productivity and enhancing customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many changes and too quickly. I love the updates and enhancements, but the name changes, layout changes, etc. are too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing, organizing, and analyzing at the tip of your fingers.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have a single view of your prospects and customize, your list and views is invaluable. The key is to make sure that all the users are using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Probably the biggest issue is making sure that you have someone who can be in charge of customizing views and being the admin in charge. you need to be able to have someone who is constantly in charge of looking at the system and making sure that it's working right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is the premier provider for organizing your data. Making sure that the sales team has a great view of the system is a must. They need to be able to see everything and clear view formats in order to be as efficient as possible.

Great to keep track of our sakes business and helps our sales team generate more business.

Can't think of much. Maybe more analytics capabilities.

We use sales cloud to manage our customer relationships, to manage our sales funnel, and to grow our business.

Stores significant data. Gets real time data on stages of an opportunity. Assists in closing the deal.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud integration is impressive. It gives you a whole picture from contacts all the way to closed won. It shows contact and account activities which is super helpful for sales leaders to understand the prospect journey

All clouds not only sales Cloud has limited dashboard capabilities when it comes to reporting. Only access to few objects in reporting

It is a 360 view of pipeline from when an account is created to closed won
