What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a system that can be utilized throughout a sales team's hierarchy. From Rep level drive interaction to management, Salesforce Sales Cloud allows you to create the views and data needed to drive the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint was lack of forecast capabilities- and I'm so excited that is being addressed in the next releases!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud provides the baseline for our sales team, servicing client lifecycle from MQL to the last interaction with a client. We continue to build more functionality for our reps and leadership into the system to help them do their jobs more efficiently.

Everything is there, you can be flexible and you have the possibility to add as many objects you want to create a custom experienxe

Lightning is a bit slow in comparison to Classic

Keeping all datas at one place and allowing our sales user to be more efficient

Sales cloud is the best crm. The opportunities lifecycle configuration is so easy

Nothing in specific. Improve the ability to do the dash boarding for funneling capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and implement even for a small business. The structure allows us to organize internally and create opportunities for our staff to align towards priorities and objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to set up initially. I highly recommend finding a good partner who can understand the goals of the organization. I love how customizable the platform is but that also can be a significant downfall if not implemented in a scalable way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning company objectives from sales planning to implementation. Creating a scalable infrastructure that allows the company to continue to grow through maximizing efficiency.

I like how CPQ can the sales reps with quotes and orders

There are some limitations within the systems and we have to build custom stuff for it

CPQ able to create quotes and orders with in the system

Using sales cloud does not only my my experience as a provider of a product better but it also ensures that I am providing a superior experience to my customers. I am not simply blindly reaching out I doing my outreach with a specific intention and always moving things forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the shift in data models on a regular basis. It makes development and enhancements and finding products to use to support us difficult.

Managing relationships across multiple stakeholders and ensuring that everyone who might be touching an account has the information they need to interact with the customer.

We work in automotive and having the ability to have all the customers information in one place is useful to no end, my customers are seeing massive ROI in terms of man hours saved, but also the customer experience

Sales cloud has quite a strong learning curve, so for anybody who is looking to onboard sales cloud with no experience, it might take some time to learn how to use

Sales cloud is giving us the ability to forecast our pipeline with even more accuracy than we had before

The ability to collaborate easily between sales reaps and work lead all in a single pain view of the customer.

Nothing. It's ans awesome tool and we will continue to use it to improve our sales pipeline.
