What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be expensive, especially for small businesses. Licensing, implementation, and ongoing customization costs can add up quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Overwhelming Features: Some users may find the platform's extensive feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its extensive features and options can make it complex to set up and use, requiring dedicated training for users.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities for configuring the product to meet your business needs are endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Granting users access to specific actions so that a flow can run correctly in the background. System-context access should be available for record-triggered flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling large amounts of sales data and utilizing it in a meaningfun way.

I wish that configurations could be more user friendly for those who do not work in tech.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud connects our Sales teams to their customers in an efficient and effective way. We understand our customers and their needs, and through the power of analytics, we continuously drive improvements in our sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure this really qualifies as a dislike, but I'd highlight that data quality can be a real issue if you don't spend enough time thinking about your data - how its input, who uses it, and who maintains it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and territory management, 360 view of our customers, connecting our sales and service view of our customers. Data analytics help to understand strengths and weaknesses to drive optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
Out of box features readily available for teams to get a head start and lot of out of box features that could be easily configured as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features are not available such as scanning any incoming files into salesforce.

Easy to build, navigate and use

What do you like best about the product?
Formulas and flows. Even though that may be native for all clouds, Sales users need an ease of use and less clicks. These items help prevent that. I think Sales Cloud being easy for the user is the more important part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations with slicing and dicing the reporting. On a normal basis users want more complexity to the reports we've Templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're updating from a native system that we'd have to take down if we needed updates as simple as an account update. We also are going from on prem to cloud based data storage.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that all team members can view a clients profile and see updates from different individuals that have worked with the same client. Their repost and dashboards are super user friendly and with the right training, you can go a long way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors that show up when entering data. Not completely sure how to fix these errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Salesforce sales cloud helps me solve are client reporting, accessibility to clients updates from different users.

What do you dislike about the product?
...not sure.
It's hard to make users understand how it works in the background.
We have 100% user adoption so it's a good sign
Of happy colleagues.
Perhaps it would help to be able to translate salesforce into user language
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Selling different products on the same technology via the use of record types and page layouts adaptable to different use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
The ecosystem. Sales cloud is highly configurable and has an endless number of complementary services that integrate with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Addon capabilities (like sales engagement) are reaching parity with 3rd party vendors. However , the human expertise from 3rd parts CSMs is more intentional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Source of truth for sales activities and bookings.
