Unifying a Disjointed Approval and Contracting Procezs
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about sales cloud is the ability to make a highly configurable for your organizations needs. Particularly for my organization we were able to unify a disjointed approval and contracting process. Now moving forward, legal and upper management are all able to view one single opportunity in one spot. It really makes the process easier and you're able to communicate with the involved parties all within salesforce. No longer we managing these processes and external systems and it has really made our business processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't buy specific out on, sometimes, it does make your processes a little bit more difficult, and you might have to put in more complex customizations in order to achieve whatever your business processes calling for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows for one unified profile of the customer and all related opportunities and deals that we have in the pipeline. It is a one stop shop. Our business performance has definitely increased Especially since we offer Omni channels to allow for customer to business interactions.

Salesforce cloud is helping to increase representative retention. It is helping to streamline the pitch options, as well as maintain a high level of accuracy.

I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines the sales process with its intuitive interface and robust analytics tools, making it easier to track leads and close deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the complexity of some features and the learning curve for new users to be frustrating at times.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving issues related to lead management and pipeline visibility, which helps me streamline my sales efforts and improve my overall productivity.
Best Sales Platform Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow - very smooth and easy for users. User friendly but efficient and robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migrating workflows. Consumes a lot of time to test the new flow even though it is an existing flow.

Engaging and tracking the customers. Able to make sales cloud users happy.

I dislike some limitations on certain objects and reports. Price history should be available and it should be supported by reports.

The ability to utilized pre-built out of the box configurations to enable an entire lead to quote solution, including strong Account Management capabilities for our customers

The fact that some of Account Teams and compensation management capabilities to handle collaborative sales don't fulfill some complex business requirements and end up with high customization

It helps manage sales, easy to configure, new features are released on a regular basis. Fun to configure. Great user interface

There are some restrictions from a development point of view which can become frustrating

Sales users can create opportunities quickly and send contracts out quicker. Reduce the time and clicks from lead to sending contract
A must have for improved efficiency and profitability
What do you like best about the product?
As a Sales Ops Manager, I have found that the sales cloud platform streamlines our sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals, enabling us to work more efficiently and strategically. Sales Cloud allows me to track sales performance, analyze data by way of robust reports and dashboards. We are able to customize the app ensuring it is optimized for precisely how our organization needs it, uses it and gets the most efficient from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a single one. As an admin, I have a lot of influence on how our org is structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearer visibility into our opportunity pipeline, reports and dashboards enable us to anticipate gaps in both staffing but in financial forecasting.
