What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is to use, straight "out of the box".
It's flexible and easy to get started on. The pipeline management makes it stand above the competitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and dashboards are fine, but leave a lot to be desired compared to Tableau. Better integration of CRM Analytics would improve this greatly. Additionally, better report management and organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to be streamline our processes greatly and we've seen a significant time savings for our sales members. More productivity means more sales, which is to say that Sales Cloud doesn't get in your way!

Endless possibilities make my job both exciting but never stable.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales pipeline, opportunity management, Account Teams, Sales reports and Dashboards, Account teams splitting revenue. Drives sales and provide 360 view of customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud does not provides analytical abilities to track the trend of the customer. Integration with AI we can capture more behavior of the customer. Data of the customer that comes from different sources can not be combined like how we have in Data cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead score and opportunity pipelines helps the sales rep to talk to the customer in more productive way. Campaigns that we run to promote the products. These campaigns tells us how much revenue was spent and generated and which product and where the leads are coming more from.
Great product with so much functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The customization of the platform allows users and admins to solve for any workflow or process. It requires some getting use to, but once you are up to speed you can make quick and easy changes. The user learning curve is not steep which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be cost prohibitive for smaller companies. And if you need to scale back your user licenses you can get hit with a big penalty. There is so much functionality sometimes you don't know where to start. It can be a bit intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily monitor sales pipeline and generate contracts easily. It easily integrates with docusign, which has made our lives easier and efficient. We can generate amazing data visualizations using the product, it's very easy.

Sales cloud is a very useful product for sales team, there are a lot of out of the box features which can be implemented very fast and also can be easily comtomized when compare to compettior product

Lack some feature that should be out of the box feature. low code tool still not covered everything that apex does. Improved lo code tool would be greate for user

Our clients dont know their customer as much as it should be. Sales cloud help on this issue a lot because we colllect customer information in every angle which help them much more understand thier customer.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of configuration and customization is excellent with the sales cloud product. We certainly do not have a standard use case but the product still works great for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is not always intuitive. New users can have a substantial learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to track and report on leads and conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud is a great platform that makes sales easy and efficient. Everything in one platform, mobile friendly and quickly accessible for folks out in the field makes this a great tool for all tech skill levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course it comes with a cost which might be more than other competitors out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving having one SaaS platform application for multiple use cases bundled together. Instead of previously having 4 custom coded applications that could be combined together.

A better forecasting functionality would be a plus along with a more structure Lead to Opp defining process to get sales and marketing on the same path

Sales team managements, territories and opportunities management. It's a really easy way to improve the up sales and to create forecast.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce is my 3rd CRM in the last 5 years and I was skeptical. I have been nothing but impressed with the centralized data I need on my prospects but also the ability to export the info we need to look at sales at an organizational level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The double Authenticator can slow down a quick log in when on the fly, but a great safety feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an easy interface for all users to use so more data is captured to help us refine our sales process. Less time training and more time selling. I'm more productive and get better data.
