Best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud help us organizing leads and prioritizing them, we can also filled up Taylor made information to know everything we need, we can also hand over pre sales to sales successfully without loosing info

We love this product, you can change it as many times as you need and works mobile and desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, even distribution for anyone in pre sales, knows everything about the prospect between teams

The flexibility it gives end users and admins to configure a CRM truly unique to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that some features get waysided for others. Also, there are some overlapping features that can get confusing, ie CRM analytics and Tableau

Serving as a work platform and aggregating client data into an easy to use place.

Sales cloud is a platform I use daily. User friendly and is robust. I recommend this tool. New to Salesforce this has been one of the best tools and easy to learn.

What do you dislike about the product?
Moving our instance from Classic to Lightning is more challenging than I had hoped it would be. I think SF is already making it easier by promoting the communities heavily. The community support to help when I get stuck is phenomenal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce enables our Sales teams to track our customer contracts and the value of each partner and potential lead.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that I can standardize and scale so many manual processes and trackers that my sales team had buried in manual spreadsheets. This not only adds efficiencies to their processes while eliminating swivel chair but it breaks down silos and gets us closer to a customer 360 with shared customer data on a trusted and secure platform like Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only hurdle I hit with Salesforce Sales Cloud was getting my team to understand that if the data wasn't in the CRM it didn't truly exists. This adoption issues is being mitigated by sales manager using centralized dashboards to carry out their weekly team syncs and ensures that everyone knows what they are being held accountable to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the reps to identify the best leads in their pipeline to ensure they are focusing on prospects with the highest propensity to convert to customers. The business performance has increased with our use of sales cloud as we have standardized processes that we can quickly roll out to new reps to reduce time to ramp.

We are a small company, so disadvantages are the costs, also for any extra features you may want to use. Additionally, the offering of features can be overwhelming to the point where you are not using sales cloud's full potential.

Sales cloud offers a centralized view of our customer data and has also improved our data accuracy and accessibility. Our acquisition and sales processes are more streamlined and activities visible for everyone. The options for customization offer the possibility to tailor Salesforce to our unique needs.
