Sales Cloud: the best in product sales management
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a good customer experience overall by keeping track of every interaction the sales reps and teams have with the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some operations can be performed only for standard objects and not for custom ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has many standard and out-of-the-box features useful in developing and monitoring a sales process.
Salesforce Sales Cloud is what every business needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Accounts, Contacts and the relationship between them. The capability to create reports and dashboards! Knowledge management is another fantastic feature that is super beneficial to the users!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we need to do case management but we don't need the full Service cloud, so perhaps having the ability to do case management within Sales cloud could be super helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us connect with Contacts who are our participants/job seekers so we can facilitate them in choosing the program that is right for them based on their eligibilities and matching it with the program's requirements. We also use it to reach out to businesses that offer job opportunities. We have customized it to tailor it to our business processes.
Tracking Opportunities from Lead to Closure
What do you like best about the product?
Accessing and updating your Lead and Opportunities from your laptop or mobile are just as easy. Updating close dates, next actions and revenue estimates are easy and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
The only frustrations with Sales Cloud are the Mandatoru fields that are sometimes needlessly created and that don't add value to the Close process but they can also be modified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are broadly the assistance in tracking and reporting on Sales pipeline and Sales success. Time to close and progression of Sales stages. We also track lose review data.
Startup transitioning to UE
What do you like best about the product?
It is going to fundamentally change the way that our startup operates. While the goal is not to eliminate the google sheets entirely, rather, it is intended to minimize usage and ensure that there a central source of truth to manage our sales team's forecasting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the newer features are getting better, my admin, has experienced conflicting messages as the Sales Cloud continues to evolve from its earlier days. The admin has encountered some broken content but as we are now on UE we have leveraged the premier support and one on one sessions with an expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rationalization of our tech stack is critical in this current environment. The more that I am being exposed to Salesforce, the more I start questioning internally as to why we have so many vendors today. Managing multiple relationships and contracts is a time-consuming challenge.
SFSC Sales Cloud has been an efficiency and effectiveness game changer.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of SFSC Sales Cloud is the flexibilty and customization. I've worked with the product for 15 years and across multiple sales orgs. The evolution of the base product and the customization options have been instrumental in hitting our goals of decreasing time spent on admin tasks and increasing time spent on sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to find out specific details about a product or capability, particularly the nuanced details. The Trailhead and Trailblazer community can be helpful but at times you need to reach out to a SFSC rep to track down the answer to your question which can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SFSC is helping us solve for inefficiencies in workflow processes by helping us create standardized submission and approval processes, workflow management and full transparency into the status of requests. This is a tremendous savings for both our sales and support teams.
The new ai is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I specifically want to talk about the new AI feature for sales cloud, especially the email predictor. Been working with the sales users, I understand how important it is to work with customers. Users write a lot of emails and this prediction definitely helps them a lot. We got intro, follow up and other specific ones that are truly incredible to have. Cannot wait to use them already!

I find it all useful. You bring those features even before I realise it's necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said earlier, the email predictor is expected to do amazing stuff

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we can streamline the sales motion from lead to opportunity to quote to order in one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales commisions is a missing feature that is massivly depended on your bookings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us define our booking numbers more precisely and we can relate it to forecast to meet the numbers better.

What do you like best about the product?
That it links all history and past purchases from a customer. This enables faster resolutions and better customer experience to close a deal quickly.

Have mot discovered any areas of development yet. Will see when it is implemented.

Sales cloud has grown vastly over decade and its great to use the platform level capabilities to build simple, dynamic and scalable solutions

There is no dislike as such but good to see more AI Ccapabilities on sales pipeline
