Salesforce Sales Cloud can unlock tons of efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to use and intuitive. It's also so heavily used that salespeople adopt faster and there is a large ecosystem of support/ developers for it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when salesforce makes significant changes to the system that are difficult to adapt to. Ie- a lot of our customizations as done in classic and converting everything to lightning has been extremely time consuming and distracting from more revenue generating enhancements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is giving us structure for our selling motion and helps us construct programs that can help hold teams accountable. We're also using it capture and measure value to our customers

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is so customizable. It allows for you to create custom objects in order to expand your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly dislike anything with sales cloud. I would like a little less code with apex though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is our customer record of truth. It helps us centralize all of our data and manage our front end and back end of our sales process.

Not a lot. It could be a little bit easier to configure on the backend.

Constantly improving and working on itself
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sales Cloud for 9+ years. What I appreciate is how much the tool is constantly evolving and improving itself. There is a wonderful community that is suggesting improvements and giving helpful advice. When you move from company to company - the tool is different but ultimately the same and it's easy to build your skills and make yourself useful no matter where you work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs and simple things that we are waiting for improvement s. Sometimes simple obvious things need help.

Everything for sales in one place
There's nothing better out there

Immediate start with almost any feature - fine-tune via config and you are good to benefit from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you try to really squeeze it by custom development, some features are impossible to change and have to be worked around with some hacking - style coding.

What do you like best about the product?
Moving to Sales Cloud has allowed us to limit the amount of tools we are using and keep our sales team in one platform. There are updates and improvements consistently throughout the year which continues to make the products better and easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Einstein Activity Capture- it didn't work as expected and since the data isn't stored, you cannot run normal reports and dashboards on the data.
