About my favorite Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the approval process. Even when I'm teleworking, I don't need to go into the office just to stamp documents, which makes things much more convenient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find it inconvenient that the approval process does not allow me to assign more than one person as an approver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that by making previously hidden sales tasks visible, we can improve our efficiency and sell more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows to capture constituent information with ease, interact back with them too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better, since there is a ton of data in our org

Allows our different sales departments align with their goals
It’s a very helpful tool with clients and easy to navigate

Gain in productivity for business teams and analytics

Encryption is not efficient since it has to be done field by field

It has pretty much everything needed out the box and setting it up is quite easy and minor customization is nneded

The price is a bit high if you only use a fraction of all it's possibilities
