Great Product…and Even Easier UX
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is so user friendly and powerful with a UX that makes everything so easy. The No code principle and ability to automate process everywhere is so welcoming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud provides the ability to provide too many notifications depending on the process which some members of sales team find challenging to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has made it extremely easy to help sales reps manage pipe...and a greater understanding and ability to coach through the process.

Insights and activity management. One place to track and manage all of our sales beeds

Our edition doesn't give us all the available tools, but that's on us to grow.

It creates an end to end system to give our sales team more tools than any other platform and it's easy to manage

Sales cloud definitely helps business interms of sales side and so far I worked on Salesforce sales cloud side and it's just awesome experience using this cloud

Sales cloud helped business interms of increasing their sales and account management and opportunity management side would helped a lot for business

SalesCloud is a perfect platform to make sure employees are equipped with everything they need to provide world leading enduser experience.

The pricing of SalesCloud might be challenging for some organisations

Sales cloud helps having the richtig information at the right time, so users are enabled to Max out their time and be rallye productive
Take your CRM a step further with sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows users to not only use it as a system of record but also receive outputs whether that's in the form of insights using Einstein recommendation flow or standard report and dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't necessarily a downside but allowing users to check how and who the records are shared with using lightning. Ultimately this feature will make its way OOTB in lightning but having to switch between classic and lightning without an appexchange product is a bit cumbersome

It is allowing users to have one system of record or repository and avoids getti by infor from multiple disparate tools. It also allows users to be able to access information on the go with mobile
Using Sales cloud for many years
What do you like best about the product?
- Sales cloud enables the business users to manage their sales and customers with all possible use cases including forecasting, quoting and can be used by almost every organisation managing their sales of any size :)

Not particularly about the cloud but at times the lightning platform is a bit slow in loading
