Great CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provides the ability to manage the overall health and growth of the business from contact management and opportunity lifecycle in one place and view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a very complex solution which requires long development work and customization and integration based on various business models, structures and platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the business lifecycle and customer progression to provide quick actions and overall resolution to the business in order to help expand the overall business

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the system is and easy to manage. My sales teams were able to pick up the process very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the dashboards provided via salesforce are limited and would love to see them enhanced

Keeping multiple Hubs organized and rolled up to a parent company view

Reporting on few opportunity child records and related records could be improved.

Very well architectured sales methodology can be developed. Reporting in account contact and opportunities helps our teams a lot. Lead scoring and conversion is very well used

Features are wonderful and we at siemens have been using it from last 15 years.Thanks for the wonderful service .mostly i like the conversion part.it is wonderful

Few features are packed up and take a lot of time to load like the path control on the conversion.want more better features on the sales cloud.i would expect them

We had complex functionalities on the SAP side and we are converting them into Salesforce crm.we were more productive in increasing the performance on the business

The capacity of the application is surprising what can be achieved by making the integrations with the information of our customers brings with it a lot of benefit

What has complicated us is the integration with other applications of the bank where we implement it, in itself it is not a failure as such of Salesforce but rather internal details

The biggest problem that it is solving is the visibility that our team of sales leaders did not have since they did not have visibility of the scope that their teams had.
