Best productivity tool I ever used

What do you like best about the product?
It is very highly configurable to be tailor made to suit your needs. It get all the users what they need without having to jump from one tool to another. Competitors don't have the same ecosystem which can bring you massive value quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is made to be high tier so it can be a deterrent for some companies without a budget big enough. And the features to come have a low visibility. It'll be good to get a more detailled view for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get everything on the same platform so upper management can accurately forcast and pilot the business.

What do you like best about the product?
As an exec running a software business, understanding the state of the business at all times is paramount. Adoption of the solution by the sales team is critical but if you can nail that the reporting and analytics are a game changer. Just make sure you look after the quality of the data!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's way too easy to add complexity and bad data, thankfully there are a bunch of appexchange tools to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It literally runs our business

What do you like best about the product?
Industry standard CRM software with very intuitive UI and support for business processes.
Flexibility to customize and adapt to company specific needs. Adding to that power of AI is going to make the tool much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting has come a long way, can do more with reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Run complete sales operations from leads to orders.
Quoting, activity tracking, sales campaigns, order history, pipeline management, forecasting for both sales and manufacturing.

What do you like best about the product?
Very stable, matured and streamlined tool to help the sellers, establish a standard business process, track activities and progress and build revenues.

Did not use many other products but with the large breath of products, Salesforce should win against any competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many to be honestly, but would like the ability to hide some admin type fields, and need more out of the box integrations available with all the standard industry tools and products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the sales productivity, removing offline processes, Standardization of all the sales activity and source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
We use SF to track leads, which converts those leads into customers, or provides our existing customers with additional value.

The analytics also gives us insights into user behaviors which, in turn, allows us to make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not Salesforce issue so much as an internal issue of adoption. We need our team to embrace the platform. Some users find it difficult to use the functionalities that are most relevant to their needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce organizes our customer data in a central location, giving us one source of truth. businesses track and manage leads effectively. For web, it also ensures that leads are properly nurtured and followed up on.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting and dashboards can be created by the enterprise or enablement team for consistency on data points across the organization AND can be created by the user to manage specific activities to exceed goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Sales Cloud. Most of my obstacles are related to how easy it is for customization, therefore different business lines will request customization that is outside of Salesforce best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesForce Sales Cloud solves the problem of sellers managing customer and partner interactions in a silo with no visibility outside of their team. Sales Cloud opens up pipeline information for sales team all the way up to the organization leader to view how the business is doing.
