Speed and Agility to adapt to various needs. No code to write and it's all written well in the backend(background)! Needs to a great team to create such an easy to use product.

Reporting could be better and need the ability to customize the screens, gifs and colors.

Reach outs, Go To Market, segment market, do campaigns easily, etc.

The tool is extremely flexible and customizable.

As with any flexible and customizable product, there is a learning curve involved to enable. However, this is a small price to pay for the ability to effectively fit all your customers' business needs.

Salesforce cloud is a very powerful tool that allows you to get all of the data that you need to get evertything operational/

Custimzation means time, so if you do not have the time for build out, it will be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made our sales process very fluid and connected with all of our tools to make sure that there was no gaps in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, Ease of Use, You can access it anywhere anytime with good internet connection, Highly customizable, I can easily get all customer information related to cases, leads and reports.

I have to update information all the time, unable to detect duplicate records, lots of fields and tabs to select.

It helps me to efficiently communicate with prospects and it helps me to easily check on client information

if the user become the primary id, if they approched for different product it will be foreign Id so i can manage the same user according the needs, and the lead ownership will be with one person instead multiple people calling to the same customer
What do you dislike about the product?
its not very lookrative when given to the client portal access, and taking more time to load if the data cross morethan 1 lakh, that has to be optimized and payment tracking needed little more effiency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to track the vendor who is giving how many leads and what is their conversion percentage vs. who shared the lead first and who converted that lead among the vendors

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Salesforce is that it is user-friendly, I can easily monitor the opportunities of my reps and at the same time, integrate with different applications such as Zoominfo, Salesloft, and even Gong. I also like the reporting features where I can easily generate reports to see the insights of the sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be complex, especially for new users. The extensive customization options and feature set may require significant training and onboarding. Also, it is kind of difficult to customize if you do not have permission or if can your access is only limited and not a developer access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity Management and Reports - The reps can easily manage their opportunities with the use of the reports being generated. With a quick view of all of their opportunities, they would have a glimpse of what do they have to prioritize.
