Great CRM solutions
What do you like best about the product?
It's get all my contact managed with possible integration with other Apps to expand the customer journey. Also the system is developed and backed by the vast amount of trailblazers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flip side of the multiple solutions provided also increase time to trial and test to find out the suitable customization that best suit for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central location to store all the contacts the organization needs to manage. The way we can conteol the data access given out to the internal organization can provide good layer of info for each functions to operate jointly.

Accurate Forecast the deals by leaveraging LLM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unfriendly user experience but that is okay.

A little bit additional effort required to bring other data sources. May be a redundancy for the enterprise who has an already established data warehouses

I can very easily manage my sales team and track in real time Business opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
We have a very standarized workflow and everyone in the sales team speaks the same language. In the past before we work with Sales Cloud, identifying, managing and tracking opportunities was impossible
What do you dislike about the product?
It was very complicated to intégrate our core banking and other legacy systems into workflows. As of today we Still have a lot of challenges in order to solvente that issue.

We use this platform for these two apps and it works great.

Limitations around printing bills and setting up email preferences is not as configurable

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows us to have every insight into our sales teams. From first contact to close, this product provides great visualization. Being able to track opportunities, tasks etc has been great
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little too much data. Trying to focus on what the key KPIs that we need to show can be difficult. Also sellers still need to update in order for us to track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is helping us manage our relationship with corporate clients. The nature of our business is complecated. We are more productive having sales Cloud and so are our sellers
The best application around
What do you like best about the product?
Lead conversation process, opportunity management, sales console, tha ability to adjust sales process easily, assignment rules. It provides the ability to build customer 360 degree view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price book, and add product line items is not customisable the user interface not up-to-date and 1 opportunit can be related to one price book only, not a flexible solution

Salesforce Sales Cloud improves lead management, enhances customer insights, automates tasks, offers robust analytics, and scales with our business, leading to increased revenue, improved customer relationships, and better decision-making
You don’t need another tool insight!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is full spectrum tool that gives every single aspect of our customer insight. Combining it with analytics and dashboards make it more user intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to organize the data for duplicates and quality to avoid the lengthy, cumbersome and expensive processes to clean the data later either with sf tools or third party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving the sales team full customer view from all the data insights wishin the database/enterprise along with good customer analytics for better adoption and increased sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides the ability to see all information related to the account to help provided important information for our Sales Team, Marketing users, and Customer Support Team. This helps to bring all the information together and simply processes for the account, account owner, and employer, who is utilizing Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time consuming adding new users to Install Packages. Takes time to add users individually one by one, scrolling through list of names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with our Salesforce account, execs and creating cases space with salesforce directly.
Sales cloud is the tool for sales persons
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is the all in one solution for all companies small and big. It helps you follow up on deals and pipe and automate your job. Love the tool!

I just like everything but I also think that there are a lot of solutions worldwide catching up on capabalities. That's why I liked it when salesforce came with a starterpack and will add new ai feateres
