Miles ahead of competitors
What do you like best about the product?
The Developer / "Org Builder" / Entreprenour experiance has been very enjoyable.

Too good. So much to learn, and so many features to build and deploy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as the backbone of our business, so it solves a majority of our problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how quickly and easily we can deploy solutions to our business areas. UI and UX is consistent so we can focus on data

Can get complex and takes time to understand full potential

It helps maintaining the pipeline progression for our sales and its integration with CPQ for deals completion

Simple to use has all the data I need in 1 place reports and dashboard are out of the box and simple user interface

It still requires multiple clicks and we are hoping AI should support fewer clicks and more automation and context sensitive actionable items to pop in.

Selling motion and sales enablement for sure. It helps im selling process for our sales consultants

What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesfoce Sales Cloud for our opportunity pipeline for Meta Commerce. As an Admin, I love how easily customizable processes are and we are able to adapt quickly to our fast business environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box UI updates are very limited, even with Lightning App Builder you can only place components in certain spots and is not fully customizable. Would like more flexibility in the design of out of the box page layouts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently transitioned from Excel to Salesforce CRM and our sales reps love it. Emails are automated, opportunity stages are automated as well as quick visibility and reporting to overall goals

The ease of use, ability to create, convert and move deals is amazing

Sales Cloud enables our business and our clients to optimize their sales process. As an implementation partner, Sales Cloud allows me to build incredible custom solutions for clients.

While I love the Lightning UI, I find that many overcrowd it and it can be difficult to navigate at times.
