Sales cloud is fast cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Closing a deal. Everything from lead generation to quote is been in single platform. It's like one stop shop. Less clicks more work done. With additional apeexchange products the time to market is quick, while the competitors are still working on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The governor limits. I know we can't get around with it, as it is multitenanr architecture. Increasing the performance with the Single thread transaction, so that we can't step on each other's toe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales funnel. Tracking the leads in excel sheet. Quick time to market before competitors launch, so that we are one step ahead. Yes the business performance increased.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea of having all of your analytics, insights, and data at the fingertips of my Sales Team. I think it is a game changer for sellers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concern is about user adoption of the tools so we can get the data insights we need to be more productive

Bringing everything together in one place for sales reps
Sales Cloud Implementation for our Lead Generation and Management
What do you like best about the product?
The reports and dashboards, as well as the lead management system. I like that we are able to convert them to different opportunity types and manage the sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting is difficult and not as easy to setup and configure for out of the standard use cases. Also Lead Territory Assignemnt is difficult to manta in without setting up automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us have a centralized view of all our leads coming in from the different channels. It's also easy to setup viewpoints for our team and visualizations on converaion
Salesforce’s Sales Cloud is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce's Sales Cloud easily tracks Marketing initiatives, prospects, and opportunities. Being able to see a user's journey with our company helps to log our reps needs and hold us accountable with following up to continually develop our relationships and grow the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I do not have any dislikes about Salesforce Sales Cloud. I like that the products and objects are being updated with the releases. Also, there are some products I have not used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to track prospects with Leads. Our sales reps are able to manage their Accounts and Contacts. In addition, our reps can track their notes, emails, and appointments using Activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Our reps closed the deals faster and sales calls and revenue went up by 20% year to date
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the positive side of if and haven't seen any cons so far. I wish to include some capabilities of CPQ in sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our reps focus on closing deals faster and they don't have to go to hundred different applications which saves a ton of time

Ease of use, it is simple to learn and implement.

Nothing much, everything looks good for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the sales life cycle. Tracking prospects and reports and dashboards are amazing. Ease of automation is a greater advantage. Tracking prospects through activities and tasks is a good option.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud has enhanced our business by allowing for the integration of numerous additional features that contribute significant value to the organization. It solves one of our main challenges by streamlining internal workflows and effectively managing lead assignments based on territories, making processes easier for our representatives. I also find the flow automation features and standard objects like accounts, contacts, and opportunities to be particularly valuable. Additionally, the ease of initial setup was impressive, with both standard and customizable options that fit our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features available out of the box and ready to use immediately. Salesforce tends to nickel and dime features by locking them behind other bundles, which can be challenging for a small company. Accessing the latest and greatest features, add-ons, etc., often requires additional expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce to streamline our internal workflow, enabling a granular approach to lead distribution, which simplifies processes for our team. It supports a major part of our business, guiding reps through workflow efficiently.
Sales Cloud Simplifies Opportunity Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sales Cloud makes it easy to stay on top of managing many accounts and opportunities. The automation tools like Flow Builder have revolutionized how we maintain clean data and stay on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, it is always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see who is active in their sales process and stay on top of opportunities. We've automated so many tasks to make administrative parts of the job so much easier. We even use it to manage projects in out labs.

Best one for lead to prospect and converting to a member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kinda expensive. The licenses are very expensive. Also some of the workflows should be automated
