Salesforce sales cloud is best in class

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the leading sales cloud and CRM platform. As an enablement leader, Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy for my team to create and implement sales programs and tools that improve overall sales productivity and measure performance. It's easy to use - on the front and back end - and is flexible to create to your business and user needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any SaaS tool, you must be strategic about developing a change management and adoption plan upon rollout and ongoing. Without focus on adoption, training and change management, you may be faced with frustrations on platform usage. This is not atypical of any SaaS solution, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account and contact management, account planning, opportunity tracking - prior to Salesforce, all of these regular sales activities were not tracked or archived. Salesforce helps our teams monitor and measure their sales activities and understand through analytics how they should spend their time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's streamlined our work and made our cross functional teams 20% more efficient and we continue to add and build onto it. It's Ana amazing product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better mobile capability and access to apps like tableau and fast load times and off line capabilities

Other than that I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales teams can see their inventory account and contacts and sales and get 360 views of their data and work

What do you like best about the product?
Using Salesforce sales cloud helps drive tve Sales lifecycle for iur customers and us. This helps us keep tracks of all the milestones and work out a strategy on the key accounts. This has been a game changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing and tailoring can become a challenge. Customisation and integration with the external system could be detailed

What do you like best about the product?
Clicks not Code. As a Software Engineer, I have no problem coding up a solution to a business problem. The fact that I don't have to makes life easier and opens the door to more without a software background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. Sales Cloud checks all of my boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central source of truth that can integrate easily with other existing platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Out of box Salescloud functionalities like the Skills based routing, Solution and Knowledge article to solve the Cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it simple with all email to case . bring more functionality

Forecasting, reports and dashboards. Terriotory management. Easy build on the Platform using App builder. Out of box Sales application. Order management systes.

I love how Salesforce offers easy no code development to allow me to create custom solutions to best support my sales team to keep driving their success!

I do not see any negatives using Sales Cloud

Quick and convinient lead, opportunity & account management. Easy to use forecastion tools and love the mobile access to help make tracking our pipeline quick and simple on the go
