I love the application
What do you like best about the product?
The maps feature and territory management is amazing and helpful. We use it for all our company activities including expenses for business trips. We also like the lead scoring via Pardot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say I don't like the loading time on maps; it needs improvement. Furthermore, the AI features don't look generally available. I would like to see customer references so we can consider it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales helps to make data transparent and to analyze it. It helps to streamline processes and be more efficient. Lastly, it helps me to always know what is going on with my customer, especially when you integrate external data from representatives.

Its extensive features can be overwhelming, leading to a steep learning curve for new users.

It centralizes customer data, enabling better customer relationship management. Users can access a 360-degree view of customers, leading to more personalized interactions and improved customer satisfaction.
Maximized Efficiency

I have worked on multiple CRM's in my career and Salesforce Sales Cloud has better sales force automation, data, and intelligence than the others

Saving entered data is not automatic.

Lack of some simple features. For example giving other's permission to delete account teams.

It is simple to use and flexibility to create reports and dashboards is amazing

The possibilities really are endless. Sales cloud offers an incredible foundation for businesses to build upon and customize according to their needs. It really allows us to streamline the sales experience.

Sometimes it is a little challenging to get all the pieces working together in the way that you need due to system limitations

A great tool to use for any Sales team and be able to run your business and Sales Cycle. Capability to integrate and easy to use UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I don't like Sales Cloud is not having out of the box flows that are common to most of the businesses. But this ain't a deal breaker you can create your own if you need be.

It is helping us have a consolidated view of our customers and our interaction with them and be able to utilize this information for making informed decision and have a meaningful interaction with our customers.

yes, SF is pricey and it can seem complex to learn.
