I have been using sales cloud managing a sales team and it’s great
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to dashboard and report has been really useful, and customizing fields and objects to our specific business needs is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flows are tough to adhere to and adoption is tough for sales team who is not 100% familiar with salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage sales numbers and contact data and track opportunities is incredibly useful.

Unify customer information, interactions and thus be able to deliver a better experience. Without a doubt, the biggest gain is in customer service and time to market

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to access all of my pipeline data through a website, my phone and my tablet. Being able to reach everything in the moment is critical. We wouldn't be able to manage without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could afford more licenses. I get discouraged when new neatures only go to the very highest license levels. We have grown but aren't big enough business to leverage all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see our wholistic pipeline and top prospects as well as the most recent actions and next steps has been very helpful over time. It gives me a sense of control over the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the features that come with Salesforce Unlimited edition. Sales cloud is constantly improving. As an admin, it's fun to build automations for this cloud.

Some features are clunky or haven't been updated to lightning experience.

Bringing our sales team insights, making them more effective and proficient in their selling activities.
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has allowed our sales teams to click less and close more. Beyond facilitating the entire sales process from opportunity identification to closing wins, it has also allowed us to identify and leverage synergies between business units and realize organizational efficiencies not previously idenfitied.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only reason opportunity for further evolution is a result of our organizational complexity, in terms of customer programs and value proposition calculations.

Simplifying the user sales journey and managing customer relationships beyond what we previous imagined possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is customizable for my organization. We like to do things our way, and Salesforce gives us the ability to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a huge fan of Salesforce and Sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings our sales org to one place. It is our source of truth and is the defining our new reporting iniatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of out of the box capabilities that can be setup easily and a lot more capabilities that can be built and fully customized by custom development. System that can scale with your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive. If your business has lots of specialized processes, customization may be costly unless you have in house development teams.

It's the platform our entire sales org runs on. It runs our business.
