No tool as powerful yet user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows you to have all of your customer data on one place, creating a source of truth.
The UI of Salesforce is very pleasant and is totally configurable which allows you to make adjustments as needed to help with team adoption

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not many downsides with sales cloud. The Salesforce platform as a whole has a few shortcomings here and there. But since they have such a large ecosystem built around it, there's very very few times something actually is "not possible"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use sales cloud as the main hub for our entire GTM function. Sales uses all of the OOB tools, and then our marketing team (via account engagement) uses that data to drive their decisions and segmentation

Salesforce is both extremely intuitive as well as complex enough to handle our individual org and it's nuance
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Salesforce is extremely flexible and always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an extremely large company with several orgs across several divisions . Salesforce alows us to provide users with a robust amount of data in a digestible way.

The platform is too customizable. Use the standard objects, workflows and components.

It serves as a single pane of glass that all colleagues can reference to engage customers.

For some users that are resistant to change, Sales Cloud can look like a burden to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to make a difference for our Sales teams to prospect and deals. Also connects to the whole Salesforce platform for 360 degree view of the customer.

There are multiple packages/licensing you need to purchase to get the full coverage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our revenue waterfall and helping us evaluate our pipelines. Also prospecting new and existing clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to easily to automate the sales process and configure to what our unique business use cases.

I wish it was easier to forecast and customize forecasting within the platform.

We are able organize territories and sales goals while using regional account territories and CPQ.
