What do you dislike about the product?
...not sure.
It's hard to make users understand how it works in the background.
We have 100% user adoption so it's a good sign
Of happy colleagues.
Perhaps it would help to be able to translate salesforce into user language
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Selling different products on the same technology via the use of record types and page layouts adaptable to different use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce keeps your sales funnel organized for the entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an admin standpoint, some of the config changes are tedious and time consuming (profile updating for example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
The transparency of company wide opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some confusion regarding user access and who has what. Not easily identifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to see org wide opportunities that used to be stored in individual spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sales Cloud as our only trusted source of pipeline data. If it's not in Salesforce, we don't talk about it. The platform is user friendly, provides invaluable out of the box reporting and as an admin, the maintenance is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have an true dislikes about the product as it is always improving through releases. The UI has improved significantly with the switch to lightning and would like to see it continue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us get an accurate forecast, host QBRs, do staff planning and have our vice presidents provide sales coaching to their teams in one systematic environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of all different clouds make driving revenue and seeing results so much easier. Utilizing sales cloud alongside data and marketing cloud have totally revamped our efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lot to learn, but I realize this is true of any new CRM implementation and these things take time to master and understand how best they can work for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing full transparency and ease of use between all authorized users in our company. It creates a flow that leaves no mystery or performance questions.

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers robust CRM tools but can be costly, complex, and require training. Its extensive features may overwhelm users, and customization can pose scalability challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with all the others Cloud and the ability to solve any issue anywhere with the mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all of your sales teams' activity and data in a single platform makes it much easier to keep track of KPIs and make sure our team is performing optimally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes user adoption is a challenge, but to be fair, that can be a challenge regardless of the platform because people don't like change. Salesforce does provide some excellent training materials to help with user adoption, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our team's sales activity is critically important so having it in one lace makes it trackagle and reportable, which helps to see what we are doing right and what we can do better.
