What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track the lifecycle of any opportunity and collaboration with ease.
Reporting and dashboards are comprehensive.
Opportunity and lead management format across devices.
Sales forecasting ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, a little bit on the expensive side .
Despite intuitiveness, may require some learning curve for users who are new to CRM.
License model could be made a little more attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the CRM journey very easy with the set of tools and capabilities it provides along with attractive and insightful dasboarding, Lead/opportunity management and forecasting is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Different queues for customer support tickets based on the type of issue are the most time-saving and efficient for customer support teams. Competitors have single queues where agents need to scour through tons of tickets before finding out what is relevant and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a little slow in terms of opening new tabs and takes about 5-8 seconds to load completely. This should be made faster as every second can impact SLA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company receives customer support tickets for almost every issue a financial technology company can face. SFDC makes it possible for us to streamline each queue based on type of issue or product thus making sure that the ticket gets assigned to the right team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like mostly the interface as we can customise according to our organisation and workflows and the automated tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Salesforce sales cloud from last 3 years. I don't see much to dislike because they keep on updating the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy workflows which helped sales team to track the prospect journey and close the deals accordingly and also time saving.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and software is very user friendly. If any one use the software for first time they will use properly.
Also the pattern and system is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using the software since 2 years only one this I want to suggest that is any update the can provide to users or the holder that will be grate. Otherwise every this is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization we have to maintain very huge data of our customer also need to secure the data. Salesforce will help use to do that. Also easy to acces the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud's most useful attribute is its rapid extensibility through the AppExchange. Whatever you're looking to do, there's a good chance an ISV partner has already built it, whether that's accepting payments, getting electronic signatures, or CTI integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an expensive product both from a licensing perspective, and also to get good people to implement it. Salesforce themselves are an organisation which is better at selling to you, than ensuring your success on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying and onboarding partners to our organisation, including offering and agreeing contract terms with them. Also the handling of complex commission structures.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps me to manage my sales pipeline and customer relationships more efficiently. I can monitor and update the progress of my leads, accounts, and opportunities, as well as view the history and activities of each customer. I can also leverage the forecasting and analytics features to plan ahead and make data-driven decisions. Sales Cloud also connects with other tools and apps that I use, such as email, calendar, and Slack, so I can communicate and collaborate with my team and customers seamlessly. Sales Cloud enables me to deliver results faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud has automation and built-in functionalities that are useful for most of our needs. However, some of our requirements are more specific and cannot be met by Sales Cloud. For those situations, we have to choose custom solutions instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables me to perform multiple functions such as -
1- It arranges leads, accounts, and opportunities in one place
2- It streamlines my sales processes
3- It facilitates communication and collaboration with my team and customers fast and efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, ease-of-use, works out-of-the-box and highly customizable that can be changed to suit your business.
Best with Salesforce is their APIs that many 3rd party tools are compatible and easy to implement without heavy cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hear from our users that sometimes it takes too many clicks to do something in the platform and the Lightning UI is filled with too much of "white spaces".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have built a sales tool on top of Salesforce Sales Cloud together with Heroku to enable and help our Sales with customer insight, meaning helping them sell the right equipment at the right time to our customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Salesforce Sales Cloud for more than a decade now, and as time is passing it is getting more robust, stable, and more business-specific day by day to cater to various business needs of the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of scalability to cater to diverse clients it has to be more scalable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it for very big clients like Boots, Unilever to name a few and it not only boosts their revenues but also enables them to handle their sales in a more manageable way. Plus it helps them to launch their product in different continents, that was the most amazing part of it.

Best Services in Tracking Sales Processes

What do you like best about the product?
The best in class services and very affordable initial pricing. It is one of the best CRM tools that my team have used in the past. My team was a large sales team and since most of the things were operated from a central location, Salesforce offered a great advantage over its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intial pricing though is low but the features were a little less and if we look for high end features I would have to pay high prices. Also, I feel Salesforce is more sophisticated compared to its peers, So an expert in the domain is required for configuring the things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One is Lead Management wherein the team members can create the leads and there is an efficient tracking of Lead in the sales funnel till closure phase.

Second is Salesforce is helpful in forecasting the sales looking at the historical trends

What do you like best about the product?
The best is to organize the sales process, with a structured path and also filling information that is necessary in all the parts of the sales life cicle in just one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing an out of the box contract signature tool, which request us to contract third part companies for this functionality. Which could be easily covered by sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its structuring the sales process with defined activities that the user has to perform in each stage, the guidance of success is helpful for the users which are joining the company.
