Best VW Car Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce revolutionized the way of capturing customers and formed a 360-degree solution for the company's sales. From the moment they arrive as a prospect, they become a customer, a sales opportunity is generated, the sale is invoiced, and after a year, they can be located to continue working on after-sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, implementing Salesforce was a bit difficult for all users to understand, but after realizing the benefits and ease of use, everyone started using the tool and strengthening. And we presented a better face to the clients by being able to contact them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multiple systems that were used for the entire sales process were removed, and Salesforce was implemented as the only tool for all dealers for the sales processes.
Pipeline Inspection is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome Featureset to enable sales and account management personas. high adoption feature for us is pipeline inspection combining pipeline management with increased focus on data hygene, opp reliability and better forecasting, the teams loves it

Alot of seperste disbursed sub products and feature and confusing license structured

Streamlined CRM view around pipeline managmemt, activity tracking that enables forecasting and deal planning

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables our internal customers to provide up to date information to our external customers in a timely fashion. We then can take their data and create a single source of truth for data and sales maximization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I do not have a dislike of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a common platform of clean data to allow our organization a means to track new business along with the cross-selling opportunities with current customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps the Sales Department to convert qualified Leads to opportunities and to Qualifying unqualified Marketing Leads. Ist also Supports uploading Businesses data to generate Leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ist is all working well. Lightning licenses are very extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Business is Bringing Exhibitors to pur Trade Fairs. We use the data for marketing and all Sales Units at the Same time. This Makes Business very produktive.

What do you like best about the product?
Business forecasting and opportunity pipelines. I am able to get a pulse of where we are heading and where we are at when it comes to existing relationships and new relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity requirements. I wish there was a way to draft relevant information for on the road employees that can create drafts or a localized version of information that they need to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand planning and forecasting. It helps us asses our current relationships and see how we can continue to foster existing relationships and pay attention to new ones.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sales Cloud provides a single view of all customer data. This has help my userstrack their progress and identify opportunities more easily. I also like that Salesforce Sales Cloud has automated lead generation and qualification features. This has saved us time on repetitive tasks, so our sales teams can focus on closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into issues that we dislike. Anything not directly met has been met via easy customization.

A single source view of all our pipelines, prospects, and wins. Plus a complete view of our client lifecycle from prospect to finish.
