Insane easy integrations, insane centralization
What do you like best about the product?
How it keeps out sales team in check with automations without any hassles and back and forths across teams

Would love to use teams and not use slack

Ensuring all our quality leads are received and responded to in a timely and personalized manner

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation features and new AI insights like flow and Einstein Conversational insights. I think the unlimited edition pays for itself overtime by increasing productivity and reducing overhead for manual processes we replaced with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve most users have and the cost of implementation partners. We want more to be available GA and not as add ons when possible to avoid increasing the total cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with customers in a timely basis before they lose interest while they are still engaged with our marketing features. Automation reduces manual steps too.

Some parts of the platform are outdated and need to be optimized (setup), and others have been left behind during the transition to Lightning.

It's great platform to improve sales, has great in-built tools such as Forecasting, AI to boost sales, and has all modern API's to support integration with literally any external system.

I wish lightning user interface is much better, and also speed In lightning has to be improved

What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of benefits to using Sales cloud. The biggest being the ability to shorten the sales cycle while boosting productivity. The additional benefits of reporting and forecasting are essential to peak performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having inaccurate or insufficient data has been challenging when the Sales team uses this functionality. Along with this, the transition and learning curve of Salesforce has required lots of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling the Sales team to have access to more information while being independent and as a result requiring less support from the admins who help support the Sales cloud.
