What do you like best about the product?
Accountability and KPI tracking. Transforming the customer experience. Ease of implementation. Dashboards and analytics tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Supporting additional use cases around Hugh volume dialer use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes adherence.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sales cloud is easy to use and efficient. Our previous CRM we struggled with our data and the Sales reps didn't like how cumbersome the product was.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love sales cloud but I wish the UI was a little more updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use is a big factor also the ability to segment our data with in Sales cloud is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Right from lead to opportunity closure process. Very streamlined and easy to use and build. Data privacy and sales team collaboration at same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calculating and viewing forecasting and revenue recognition can be simplified. Ability to aggregate and see what I am likely to get this month, this quarter etc easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity tracking process, easy to collaborate with team and report on revenue, pipeline. My sales meetings are driven using the reports from
Sales cloud, I monitor progress and decide next actions based on that.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop for everything. I love all the new things with little to no code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can run slow. It doesn't always give a clear error message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving us insights that we would not get with other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
How we can use the opportunities to track our sales and keep our goals on track by the help of the stage , probability of the opportunity. Reports and list views help a lot too

Probably need a way to let the admins create there own probability type and customize to hide the path little more for different types of opportunities we use in our org

Security of data is the very beneficial for our organization. And the trust from salesforce we can focus on other area where we need to focus on customizing solutions

What do you like best about the product?
CPQ out of the box process, and it's ease of use . And the product and line items management with it's easy customizable variables and activations and display conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Very eager for the new AI insights being added to the sales cloud, hope it ll improve the already better experience and make impacts on both for us and the consumers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce solving the quote and quote process, with opportunity management, revenue process and automation on salesforce sales pipelines, and much more, overall it's a great value add.
