What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, it is simple to learn and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, everything looks good for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the sales life cycle. Tracking prospects and reports and dashboards are amazing. Ease of automation is a greater advantage. Tracking prospects through activities and tasks is a good option.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud has enhanced our business by allowing for the integration of numerous additional features that contribute significant value to the organization. It solves one of our main challenges by streamlining internal workflows and effectively managing lead assignments based on territories, making processes easier for our representatives. I also find the flow automation features and standard objects like accounts, contacts, and opportunities to be particularly valuable. Additionally, the ease of initial setup was impressive, with both standard and customizable options that fit our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features available out of the box and ready to use immediately. Salesforce tends to nickel and dime features by locking them behind other bundles, which can be challenging for a small company. Accessing the latest and greatest features, add-ons, etc., often requires additional expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce to streamline our internal workflow, enabling a granular approach to lead distribution, which simplifies processes for our team. It supports a major part of our business, guiding reps through workflow efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sales Cloud makes it easy to stay on top of managing many accounts and opportunities. The automation tools like Flow Builder have revolutionized how we maintain clean data and stay on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, it is always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see who is active in their sales process and stay on top of opportunities. We've automated so many tasks to make administrative parts of the job so much easier. We even use it to manage projects in out labs.

What do you like best about the product?
Best one for lead to prospect and converting to a member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kinda expensive. The licenses are very expensive. Also some of the workflows should be automated

Best CRM to set your sales team up for success

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy for sales reps to navigate and get clear insight into their deal. It also gives managers visibility into the pipeline to more accurate forecast and manage their teams. Helps Rev Ops teams better track metrics and develop strategy
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the ability to view historical data at a set point in time is difficult and does not always give an accurate picture. I’d like to see analytical snapshots be more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to collaborate with other teams and have I eight into my deal activity across the teams. It does make me more productive because I spend less time chasing updates. It’s in Salesforce!

Easy navigation / user experience. Easy to configure. Integrated with other clouds

UX can be better and AI can be inbuilt - basically preempting what user should do each day.

Solving everything required for sales - planning to tracking to closing deals

When you get sales cloud, you get a platform

What do you like best about the product?
The product gets better with each release. The no code configuration and endless possibilities with the core platform. You can also extend the platform with apps. Almost everything integrates with salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could get pricey when you start adding features. The out of the box forecasting tool could be improved. CPQ add-on is good but very expensive. Einstein activity capture is good but you cannot report on number of emails sent by a rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead to order process. Marketing to sales handoff process. Implementation of custom sales process using lightning path component. Einstein next best action helps guide reps on their next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralizing customer data, rietrieve them when you need it with a simple click , give the sales rep the ability to quickly a tuonate the next step - track all the history
What do you dislike about the product?
Licenses cost are too high for small and medium enterprises- it would be great this platform would become accessible to everyone with out having the barrier of the price

Getting customer data in one place . A reliable and trustworthy source of information accessible in real time that allows to expedite the interaction and the engagement with the clients
