What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helped us with our business needs in terms of flexibility in customization and the ability to grow our ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your processes and configurations aren't documented. It does get overwhelming

It allows our users to plan their opportunities dynamically

There is nothing I dislike but it has taken our team time to understand all the capabilities and enhancements available to meet our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and tracking our sales targets on weekly basis is what I loved the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want to have more of native document generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything sales really. We extensively track our sales team performance both inside and outside sales..deal management is also done on CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of controls, data, approvals, forecasting, dashboards, and even the interface give you so much power to lift up your sales team to provide more meaningful consistent results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm surprisingly, many features are locked behind paid upgrades or additional apps but with enough ingenuity with developers and strong administrators you can build your own solutions as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and forecasting sales along with all of the controls needed in the sales process. It provide easy to build dashboards, metrics, Google rules, configurators, all with no or low code implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
It is all connected! I can see al me data on my home page and act on it
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of clutter/noise sometimes might be distracting from main tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get multiple leads from multiple sources within the firm. I can rent the leads and act on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps our organization stay organized and on top of our sales game. It helps continually track leads, log and prepare for meetings, and everything in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Salesforce Saled Cloud. I think it has everything we need to be successful in our industry and with our clients. There are no improvements I have in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating emails, email templates, logging meetings, tracking clients, tracking opportunities, utilizing my time effectively, documenting all aspects of prospects and contacts

The flexibility; the built-in best practices
Potential for a 360 customer view

Sometimes too slow to remove legacy setup or overlap with new functionality

Providing a clear view on all customer data, incl external datasources.
Provides a 1stop shop for the full commercial team. No need to rely on multiple tools

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a great product in and of itself, but it is the constant innovation that makes it a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box data model could be stronger - we had to create more custom objects then I would have liked, but the fact that it was easy to do so made us successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our last CRM was to difficult to access, Sales Cloud being always available - browser or mobile - is phenomenal. Putting the tool in our Sales people's hands is key.
